House Points.

Ok Housepoints. We are all starting on 100 points just to get things going. I'll add points for Avies and Siggies and Stories and stuff like that but I wont add the points for avies and banners all the time. Maybe everyone 2-3 weeksish. Also points will be awarded for other things like maybe if a member helps another member and stuff like that. I can also take points away if a member disobeys rules and/or is inconsiderate towards other members.
