"Hrm?" Cassie asked not really wanting to get into it. She didn't think that Lyssa would go back to Voldemort but there was a slim chance, as she seemed to swap sides too much for Cassie's liking. She heard a bang and her brow furrowed. "What the heck was that?" She wondered getting up and opening the door, "Tim," She shouted as a Hufflepuff walked past. "What was that?" He shrugged. "No idea Cassie." Cassie sighed and momenterially forgetting Lyssa which she came to regret latter went to find out the cause of the bang.

Lyssa looked at where Cassie had left the room and the door wide open. She leaned back on the bed, where she was sitting, and stared at the door for a moment. She had the perfect opportunity to leave behind all the locked room and distrust, but for some reason she didn't think she wanted to. Instead, she just continued to sit there, looking at the doorway, waiting for Cassie to get back.

The cause of the noise ended up being some idiot of a Ravenclaw missing the wooden target and hitting the wall making ahuge dint and causing the portait to fall off and smash. Cassie yelled at the perpentrator for being stupid and for doing it in a room where she hadn't allowed to be used for magic. Muttering under her breath Cassie went back up to her room finding Lyssa leaning in the doorway. Cassie wacked herself in the face when she realised that she hadn't locked the blasted thing as least Lyssa hadn't gotten anywhere...that would have caused trouble.

"Did you honestly think I would sneak off somewhere?" Lyssa asked when she saw Cassie walking back down the hallway. "I wouldn't have you know. I like it better here, even if I am locked in a room 24/7. There are actually people I can tolerate here."

Cassie shrugged slightly. "It's not just that, it's the Order would kill me i they knew how I reckless I was being." She rolled her eyes and muttered something darkly under her breath so only she could hear it. "They really are a pain." She said. "And that idiot downstairs just smashed a portriat and put a dint in my wall."

"How exactly are you being reckless?" Lyssa asked, comfused a bit. "And I'm sorry to hear about the wall. Maybe you should make them all practice or whatever outside from now on to? To spare more walls and portraits."

"They're meant to be practicing outside," Cassie muttered throwing her arms up in annoyance. "No-one listens to me here, it's bloody annoying and I have no idea, the Order are a pain according to them I'm probably always doing something stupid. Though they don't know that they're being outsmarted by teenagers yet." Cassie's eyes glinted.

"Well that's a plus," Lyssa commented. "Imagine the looks on their faces when they find out. That image should make you feel better if they're anything as annoying as you keep saying they are."

Cassie smiled amused. "A bunch of us still go to school to or did so McGonagall should be able to recongnise us." Cassie shook her head. "Adults," She said. "Always seem to underestimate us. Ah well they're loss."

"That's adults for ya," Lyss said. "They think they know everything because they've seen and experienced more, but it's the younger people, the kids and teens, who know what's really going on, since they're the ones with the open imaginations. We see things more clearly, because we aren't clouded with the past as much as the adults are."

Cassie nodded. "If we ever get out of this mess I'm going to tell the Order cause I;d like to see the look on their faces but for the time being I'd rather it not someone get leaked to unwanted sources..."

"Yeah..." Lyssa flopped back on the bed. "Ugh, I feel all conflict-y right now."

"Hrm?" Cassie asked.

Lyssa looked at her. "I don't even know. I just feel off-balanced. I mean here I am, talking to you, when technically I shouldn't be, but I don't care that I shouldn't be, so I'm wondering what side I'm actually on anymore in a way..." She frowned. "It's really annoying. Not knowing."

"You do seem to change your mind about what side you are on an awful lot," Cassie noted yawning slightly and hoping someone downstairs would fix her wall or at least her picture.

Lyssa sighed. "I know this, and honestly, I don't know why I can't seem to stay with one particular side," she muttered with a frown. "But I am starting to think, or have been thinking for a while that my decision to...." She stopped, running her hand through her hair. "I can't even properly say it...to help V-" She stopped again, getting frustrated with herself and her inner-Malfoy that was telling her not to be all revealing with her emotions. "Voldemort," she finally got out, "was the worst decision of my life. I've been utterly miserable since then."

Cassie frowned. "Everyone does things that they regret Lyss," She said.

"Yes, well, I've done something that I can't take back or even fix, now haven't I?" Lyssa said. "Most people, when they make mistakes, they can fix them. I can't fix this. It's done."

Cassie sighed. "You might not be able to take it back but it doesn't mean it's done," Cassie said.

"Do you have any idea how impossible it is to leave Voldemort's side once you're on it?" Lyssa asked. "He doesn't let people leave when they want out. He kills them. So tell me, how is this not done, because I'm not seeing it."

"Cause your not dead," Cassie said simply. "really it isn't over until either one side or the other dies."

"Right," Lyssa said. "Well, I may as well be dead. There's nothing else I can do."

Cassie sighed. "Sometimes," She said. "I wonder how you got into Gryffindor."

"Trust me," Lyssa muttered. "I've wondered the same thing a million and one times since Sorting all the way back in first year."

Cassie smiled slightly. "You'd make a nice Hufflepuff," She joked with a glint in her eye.

"You did not really just call me a Hufflepuff!" Lyssa said, pretending hurt. "I should tackle you for that you know."
