Personality: She can be a bossy brat when things are going at least a little bit her way. But at other times, she can be quiet and seemingly shy. Alex's best friend is sarcasm and she uses it often. She also doesn’t care if she insults someone with something she says, which has cost her many friends.
History: Alexandra grew up in a large manor-like house, due to her both her parents' families being rich families, and her dad having been left the house when Alex's grandparents died. During her childhood she saw little of her parents, since they were always busy with some sort of social event that she never seemed to be old enough to go to. Instead, much of her time was spent with nannies and governesses, who she didn't like very much. Due to her upbringing, Alex didn't exactly have the best set of social skills upon starting school at age 11. She was very bossy and bratty since that's all she had ever acted to the people who had raised her. They never stopped her; they'd rather keep their job than get fired for berating the child. Just into the start of the school year though, Alex got a huge talking to from one of the older students about her attitude and since then she's calmed down a lot, although on occasions she can still be a brat. She also doesn't have many friends, due to her attitude towards her housemates, and the other Hogwarts students. Thanks to their absence when she was a child, Alex's relationship with her parents is a strained one.
