Personality:
Meegan is one piece of work, in all reality. She is impatient, difficult, and proud, with a twisted sense of self that puts other people off. She is determined and mentally quick, but she uses these abilities towards the wrong ends. She is malicious, and often random in her cruelty. She picks on those who are easy targets to feel good about herself. Making others feel worse about themselves gives her a boost, partially because she feels like it is something she is good at, and partially because it affirms that she is the stronger, fiercer person. She's judgmental, and will take advantage of any insider information she has to make your life miserable, if she gets the chance.
Meegan has values, but they are far from conventional. Compassion and honesty she views as beneath her, she puts a strong amount of stock in the ability of a person to carry through on commitments or to get away unnoticed.
She treats others poorly, but she gets away with it, because she never gets caught. Ever.
History:
Meegan has no excuse to be the way she is. Her childhood was a happy one, with kind, loving parents. She is an only child, but was not spoiled rotten or abandoned. Neither of her parents died in random, fatal accidents, and no one in her family had any sort of traumatic experience beyond the ordinary. Her parents are not rich, and she earned the love and respect of those she met. She was a charming little girl. Her mother told her about magic, though it never really sunk in until she got her Hogwarts letter.
Being sorted into Slytherin was oddly prophetic. Meegan exhibited some of the traits of a Slytherin before Hogwarts, but when she actually came was when things started to go wrong. Realizing she was a witch in one of the best schools for magic in the world went to her head, and things started to go wrong. The other people in Slytherin House did not help to deflate her ego much, and over the course of the next few years, she turned from the sweet, charming little girl, to the bitter, cruel "monster" that many consider her today.
