The Lake and Tree

I sat down under the tree next to the lake it was good to be back at schoolthough I must admit I was slighty peeved at Pansy getting Prefect? Pfft. Yea she'd make a great Prefect. not. I laughed at how full of myself I was. But hey I was a Slytherin wasn't i? It was my job. It was odd I was a Slytherin since I was Muggle born but never the less I was a Slytherin, It still didn't stop some of the taunting about being Muggle born though just minimized it slightly. Really slightly. I stared into the glimmering sun then at the lake dancing in the beams it was all very preety here at Hogwarts I couldn't deny that.

I sighed and walked out to the lake, ignoring the other Slytherin that was there. I could tell that she was annoying by something, but I had no idea what it was. I keeled down next to the lake, sticking my finger in the cool water and swirling it around.

I ignored Slytherin and went back to my thouhgts about being a Muggle Slytherin and how annoying Parkinson was for being prefect. She was such an idiot to be prefect. I noticed Slytherin wasn'ta prefect either which probably irked her aswell but she didn't show it. I wonderered what she was doing but didn't feel like asking. Slytherin was so...full of herself....but then aren't we all. I smiled again missing mum.

I could feel a mean vibe coming off of Lucy, but I ignored it. She wasn't worth my time, bothering about it with what her problem was. Shockingly, she showed no emotion when I showed up. Stronger then I thought. Even as a muggle born, she was a good willed person.

I picked up a stone and threw it into the lake it jumped a few times then sunk to the bottom. I sighed and threw another one. School had barley started and I already has a moutine of homework. But I didn't feel like doing it. It was saturday I had all tomorrow to do it. I kenw this year would be hard. We had our Owls at the end.

I watched the rock plump in the water, and I sighed again. Standing up, I walked over to a tree and jumped up in it, using my wand to boredly make the fallen leaves swirl around in the air.

I watched Slytherin climb the tree. She knocked an acorn down as she climbed and it hit me on the head.

"Do you mind?" I asked grumpily rubbing my head.

"Sorry." I said, glancing down at her. Something must have fallen on her or something.

I sighed and shut my eyes feeling the sun blaze down.

*Fred*

Me and George walked down to the lake grinning, it was our last year at Hogwarts and we wouldn't have come if mum wasn't so upset about Percy, since we had Harry's triwaizard earnings.

"He's such a Twit don't know why she cares." George complained.

"I know." I replied. "and Ickly Ronnie a prefect." I laughed.

He snorted.

I herd two boys, Fred and George, start to walk to the lake. I ignored them, staying in my own buissness.

I groaned reallizing that Two Slytherins were there, Cougle and Slytherin. George rolled his eyes and grinned at me. I smiled as we continued down to the lake, We were lookinjgfor mor ethings to turn into shieving snack boxes and thought the lake and the forbiddon forest were the best plaeces to do that.

"I felt the same way when I first saw you, Weasly." I remarked to which ever one groaned.

I rolled my eyes and pulled of my shoes to go searching for things in the lake.

I heard someone groan then Slytherin reply. I smiled and opened my eyes and saw the weasley twins wadding in the water.

"Going Fishin' boys?" I asked watching them, I had no clue what they were doing but it looked so stupid that I felt like laughing at them.

One of them groaned.

I smirked at the Weasley's as the they waded into the water. The went deeper into the water, and I knew that they were uncomfortable with two Slytherins here, one of them being..well... A Slytherin.

What the hell were they doing? I wonderer as they looked around the water, they couldn't be fishing as the fish were never that close to the edge. But they had t have something on their mind.

I walked out of the doors of the castle towards the tree where that girl from Slytherin, Lucy was sitting. I didn't really want to share my space with her so I walked down towards the lake where Fred and George were diving into the lake.

"What in the hell are you two doing?"
