was I really seeking good or just seeking attention

Regan smirked, she flicked her wand which pushed Cassie back, and like Lyssa she found herself shackled to the wall. Regan cocked her head to the side looking at the girl, pondering what spell to use. "Leave me alone," Cassie said trying rather unsuccesfully to keep the scaredness out of her tone.

Lily's head turned slightly to look at Cassie's current position then she turned back to Regan. "Just what are you playing at now?" she asked.

Regan flicked her wand again, And Cassie yet out a yelp as the bone in her wrist broke. She than swore loudly. "Hmm," Regan said thoughtfully, she swished her wand, and the shackles raised higher so Cassie's feet were about ten centimeters off the ground, putting more pressure on her broken wrist and releasing the unbroken hand from the shackle, and vanished the shackle. Cassie grabbed onto the metal of the other one trying to pull herself up somewhat to aleviate the pressure. The wand twirled through the air once more and all over Cassie felt as if she had been hit by something like a car, repedetivly. She bit down hard on her lip but it didn't muffle her half moan half cry of pain very well.

Lyssa pulled against her shackles with as much energy as she could. "What are you doing to her?"

Regan glanced sideways at Lyssa, and smirked. "Nothing in comparrisment to what I could do," She said.

"Stop hurting her...please..." Lyssa said.

"I have," Regan said smirking. "But, just because you said so." She twirled her wand again and a sharp stabbing pain exploded in Cassie's stomache. She screwed her eyes shut, groaning.

"No, no, no," Lyssa said. "Stop. If you have to hurt us, hurt me instead."

"Gryffindors," Regan said with an amused smile looking at Lilith. "I never did understand them." She turned back to Lyssa. "No," She said without even the air of pretending to think about it. "Because half the fun is watching you squirm."

Lyssa didn't even have the energy to respond, still tired from losing too much blood, and having expended it just then.

Cassie's hand slipped from the shackle and it pulled sharply on her other hand. She yelped swearing again. Not noticing the Death Eaters leaving the room.

At this point, Lyssa blacked out again, having only been kept awake by the spell that had woken her up to start with.

Cassie whimpered, trying to pull herself up again so her whole body's weight was not resting on her broken rest. But her arms felt bruised all over so even pullng herself up was hard let alone holding onto the chain for longer than a few seconds.

~some time later~

Cassie was in too much pain to sleep. She continued to whimper, as she tried to pull herself up the chain.

At some point Lyssa woke up again, but still had no energy to lift her head. Her arms were sore and she wanted down.

"Ow fricken frick," Cassie exclaimed tiredly as she lost her grip yet again. She hung there lop-sided for a while. Not having the energy to pull herself up.

"Cass," Lyssa whined. "It hurts...How long do you think they'll keep us up here?"

"I don't know," Cassie said tiredly.

"It can't be forever...right? Because...we need to eat and stuff..."

"I'm sure they could find a way to keep us alive," Cassie said, she shook her head slightly. "How did we get into this mess?" She asked.

"We stood up for what we believe in..."

"And we'd probably do it again if we ever somehow went back in time," Cassie sighed.

Lyssa made a small laughter sound and turned her head to give Cassie an incredulous look. Then she shook her head back and forth slowly. "If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't do it again."

"I would," Cassie said softly. "But, that's more because I wouldn't be able to help myself than an actual thought to continue."
