Transfiguration

I was still testing out my wands "bommerang' function when I got to Transfig. and saw Blackrige I wondered if she was going to do something about the letter from Tom she had read I hoped not.

I sat in Transfig, not paying attention. Instead I doodled in my journal, bored yet again.

I sat down in a chair at the back bored. I felt like sleeping and no doubt I'd still know the lesson. I smiled at the look on the teachers face when a student was sleeping in class but still knew how the spell worked.

After a bit I figured I should probably listen, seeing as this was like my worst class ever. I sighed, and put my doodles up for later. Then I forced myself to listen.

"Ok,' Said Professor Retrip. "Could we have the strong and alrigth transfigurers on this side and the poor ones on the other. Your going to get paired with someone of the opisite skill level to help you or fot you to elp them.'

My eye twitched. Teacher say what now? I rolled my eyes and walked to the poorer side. When I looked around I noticed the number of students for each was about even. I never would've thought that this class would be full of so many bad transfigure-ers. Then again, never paid them any attention either.

Professor went along paring people up.
"Blackridge, Riddle.' She said beforing tuning to other people.

Why am I always with you?' I growned sitting next to Blackridge.

"Blackridge, Riddle," the teacher said.

Dammit! I was gonna kill that bitch! I glared over at the teacher. Her back was turned but I didn't care. I was sure she could feel the glare on her back.

Vena came over and sat down. "I don't know why," I muttered. "The teachers all have some sort of secret organization that plotted this for whatever reasons?"

I smiled. 'Yea the lets make Riddle and Blackridge really unhappy because it's alot of fun. Sociaty.' I muttered.


(I SLEPT LIKE 11 AND A HALF HOURS )

"It makes one lose faith in humanity..." I muttered, staring off absently into space.

"Well I lost mine ages ago.' I added.

"I knew that....I was hoping to keep mine..." I muttered.

I grinned. "No such luck. So what shall we transfigure first?' I asked twirling my wand.

"Can we just not transfigure anything?" I asked, doubting that would work.

"No." I said still twirling my wand. "You want to get a good newt don't you? for your job.'

"What job...?" I asked before saying, "Screw newts. Life is too short to worry about useless tests."

I shruged. "But you're gonna want a job when your out of school to pay for things, instead of getting them second hand.' I muttered thinking of my first robes which had been second hand.

"Well...then I won't get a job that requires transfiguring things," I said.

"but some jobs aquire it even if you dont use it.' I said throwing my wand and watching it come back extreamly bored.

"I'll find one. Besides, it's not like I can't. I'm just not great at it," I said.

I shruged. "So are we going to transfigure or not cause im like dead bored.'

"I guess... I'm not in a hurry to see you show-off though," I replied, muttering the last part.

"well Im about to if we dont do anything.' I twirled my wand again sighing.

"Do something then..." I muttered.

"if you want.' I muttered.
