"Well, you got your answer. And now I'll never sneak anyone back intobthe house again. He'll wind the wards up tighter than a basilisk's grip." Eris seemed to be in a distinctively sour mood now.

Scor shook his head at her. "Who do you sneak in, James? It's not like you can't just go over the the Potters' house. Besides, he's never bad at you long. Dadfy's little girl." Scor smirked gleefully, glad to be teasing his sister. It had been so many years since they'd behaved that way to each other. He supposed it was the Manor which brought it out in him again. "Anyway, as much as I'd love to stay and chat, somehow I feel that woul be a very idea. He stood up and leaned to hug his sister, who kissed his cheek.

"I'm so glad you're not like him," she whispered as they let go of each other, smiling. She turned to Vena. "I guess I have you to thank for the way my brother is today."

Vena rolled her eyes somewhat at Eris' antics, she tended to overreact sometimes and she didn't get why sneaking Potter into the place would be so important. She could always go out and meet him. Not that hard. Vena smiled slightly at Eris. "Glad to help," She said, thinking that both of the current generation of Malfoys had changed slightly since she had met them for the first time. "Though that wasn't my aim when I first met him. Not that I really ever had an aim." She stood up again standing next to Scor. "Nice to see you again Eris." She said, somewhat actually meaning it. And not just saying it to be polite.

Eris smiled slightly up at her brother's fiancee. A few years earlier, she would never have believed she could even tolerae Vena, much less get along wth her. "It was nice seeing you too. Maybe we'll get to see each other more often now that you're planning a wedding."

Scor shook his head at Vena and Eris, trying to imagine the way that they'd have been fighting right now if they were still the people they'd been at the beginning of sixth year. "I'm glad I came to see you, Eris, even if your father is an ass," he said, winking. Grabbing Vena's hand, he glanced over at her. "Want to apparate from here, or do you want to risk going back out into the garden?"

"Maybe," Vena said to Eris, privately thinking that while she was fine with Eris, she did not want her organizing the wedding. Knowing Eris that would not end particularly well. Vena shrugged at Scor. "I don't really mind which." She said. Though it probably would be safer to just apperate from there so they didn't chance running into Draco again. Because while she could tolerate the man and had quite some fun while he had been there she had had enough idiocy for one day. "From here maybe?"

"Sounds good to me," Scor agreed. "See you sometime, sis," he quipped before closing his eyes and focusing his thoughts on his living room at home, leaving the Manor with a distinctive pop.

"Ouch!" Scor rubbed his back as he fell straight into the coffee able. "When did that get there?" he asked incredulously, looking up at Vena, who had arrived unscathed.

"Bye Eris," Vena said to the girl, holding onto Scor's arm and letting him apperate the both of them back into their house. She let go of Scor's arm the moment that her feet touched the ground. Hearing a bang she turned to see Scor half sprawled across the coffee table. She started to laugh. "Nice going there." She said laughing more at the expression on his face. "And the tables been there for at least a few weeks now." She shook her head, amused.

Scor was not amused with being mocked or with the pain he now had in his back. "Well it can just...it can just move next time," he said, kicking at it with his foot, but not hard enough to hurt himself. He wasn't that much of a klutz. "So," he said, looking around the room as he got up, rubbing the small of his back, "what do we do now?"

Vena was still amused at Scor managing to land on a table, but she hid her smile as to not annoy him further. "Don't kill the table," She said with a shrug flopping down onto the couch. She shrugged again at Scor's question. "Dunno. I guess while we are both here and not half asleep like we usually are we could do more planning? We need to work on all the other stuff for it too I guess. Like decorations and that." Vena didn't know that much about weddings, having never been to one or payed too much interest to find out about them.

Scor smiled nervously. "Right. Planning our wedding, lovely. Of course all of the decorations will be -," He paused. That would never work. "We're never going to agree on whether they should be green or blue, are we?" he asked, feeling within himself already the exhaustion that this would cause him. They were both very loyal to their houses, and they certainly couldn't decorate in red or yellow.

Vena looked at him with an amused smile. "Green of course," She said staring at him. Knowing that the two of them were going to get into some form of arguement over what colour their decorations for the wedding should be. She absent mindedly twirled her wand about her fingers as she thought, not even having noticed taking it out of her pocket. After years of doing it, she hardly even noticed the fact that it was spinning around her fingers. "Hmmm," She mused aloud "We could mix and match..but the colours don't really work well together."

Scor shot a partially annoyed look at his fiancee as he continued to pace in front of the table, trying to work the pain in his back out. "Maybe not the original green and blue from our houses... This would've been something to ask Eris about, she's better at matching colors than me." Fashion had never been one of Scor's top priorities; his mother had dressed him when he was young and at school he worse his robes. Now that he worked he kept himself to plain colors, trying not to mess up too badly. He was really more concerned with politics and history than whether his belt matched his shoes, or whatever other rules there were.

"I'm sure mostly everyone is better at matching colours then your Scor dear," Vena said with an amused smile at him, watching as he paced in front of the table. "But, we could mix and match, not necessarily use the main house colours as well. We could always also use bronze and silver. Or green and bronze. Or silver and blue?" She suggested with a soft frown picturing the colours in her head. She also added in her own mind, that whatever the colours were would have to match with whatever colour she chose for her dress. Because she didn't think that she wanted a white dress. Or cream. She bit down on her lip pondering.

Finally figuring out that his back wasn't going to get any better this way, Scor eased himself down onto the couch with a wince. He'd have to see to that with a potion later, or at least a numbing spell. "Blue and silver sounds good. Really, what does it matter if anything matches? It's our wedding, not any of their business what colors we like." He knew that he was sounding slightly grumpy, but either way he meant what he said. There was no point trying to please people now; that had never been their intention before.

Vena who was still torn between amusement at Scor apperating himself onto a table, and worry that he had injured himself somewhat watched as he sat down. Thinking that she needed to work on healing spells, which were the spells that she had never seemed to master. "Yes," She said with a slight nod. "But while, I honestly could not care less what anyone else thought, it would be nice if it looked nice anyway." She agreed with Scor on the fact that it didn't matter what anyone else thought, she had never cared about that, but she did want things to look nice, at least. She nodded at him again. "Blue and silver are nice actually." She said with yet another nod.

"Blue and silver then. That was easier than I expected," Scor noted. This was one of the giant upsides of his falling in love with Vena. Someone like Celine would've made a giant fuss over each and every tiny detail, consulting him constantly over things like whether the napkins should be folded in triangles or in origami shapes, or if the silverware should actually be silver or if that would be too dangerous for certain types of guests. "What else? I mean, we'll need the outfits. For me and you, and the wedding party." Scor honestly couldn't care less what he ended up wearing, though he wondered faintly whether he'd have traditional dress robes or a suit, like Muggles wore.

Vena nodded, she didn't want to get too into the whole wedding preparations. Yes, she wanted things to look nice, but she wasn't too concerned over everything. As long as it looked mostly nice then she was fine. She didn't care an awful amount about most of it. "Hmm," She said with a nod and a slight frown thinking about that. "That'll be fun," She thought aloud, talking about what they were going to wear. "I'll pull Jessie along with me for that," She said with a nod at herself. Jessie could probably enjoy that at the least. "Wedding party. Hm," She leaned back in the chair thinking. "They outfits could use silver and blue?" She suggested. "Or would that be too much silver and blue?" She shrugged, trying to picture it in her mind and gave up. While she was apt at magic, her mind was not good at picturing outfits, and how things in that sense would work. It just didn't work. "I don't know." She said, stretching her arms.

Scor frowned, his mouth twisting into a confused line. He didn't know if it would be too much silver and blue or not, not really knowing what everything would look like when it was finished. Maybe they'd just have to consult Eris. Or maybe... "You know, we could make a miniature model of the wedding. That would probably help...we could see what everything would look like and change anything that's not quite right." It wouldn't take much except a little transfiguration at the beginning and then charm work to change anything they needed to. In fact, he was pretty sure that actual wedding planners used little models this way, and they weren't usually the smartest of the bunch.

Vena bit down on her lip and nodded at Scor. "That's an idea," She said thinking it over. It would help, so they could see what worked and what didn't work. As she still wasn't sure if there would be too much of silver and blue that being the decoration colours. "And anway," She finished the sentence out loud. "If it's two much silver and blue, we can always use green and bronze. Mix it up a bit." The corner of her mouth twitched into a smile. "Shall we do that now?" She asked him. "Or once we've figured more out?"

"Might as well do it now, yeah?" Scor asked. "We can add more to it as we go if we make more decisions. This way we'll be able to mess around with different stuff before we decide." He frowned, looking around for something that they could spare to transfigure into a model. "I just don't know what to use."

She nodded. "That makes sense," with a frown she glanced around the room for something to transfigure. "We could use a book or something?" She suggested. "I don't think you've even looked at half of the books that take up shelf room. Or an old board game, or something else," she shrugged at him. "I'm sure we can find something."

"Board game, perfect!" He knew immediately which one he wanted to use. They had an old Muggle game that had lots of pop-up pieces that would be issue to transfigure into a 3-D model of the Hogwarts grounds where the wedding would be. He quickly went to retrieve it and set it down on the table, waving his wand over it a couple times to transfigure it into the basic shape they would need. "Now, how do we want this set up?"

"So we don't need to use one of your precious books?" she asked with a smile as Scor pulled out one of the board games that they hardly used. "Well, the coffee table in here works. As long as you don't go apparating into the table again. It'd probably get ruined in the kitchen and there isn't much room in there anyway."

"Hey, those books are all important!" Scor insisted, knowing Vena was only messing with him but still feeling defensive. "And I wouldn't apparate into the coffee table if it didn't keep moving around. Are you sure you didn't charm it to move while I'm not looking?"

"Of course," she said with a twitch of a smile. "All of them. Especially the ones that are never read. And yes, that is exactly what I do. When I have nothing better to do, charm the table to move around so you go apparating into it. You've caught me," she held her hands up in the air. "I'll have to find a new hobby. Maybe I'll charm the fridge so you have to give a password before you get to get food out of it." she shook her head at him.

Scor pursed his lips, not quite childish enough to pout. "I'll have you know I've read all those books. I just keep them in really good condition," he bluffed. He'd probably only read half of the books in the house, but it wasn't his fault there was so much to read at work. "And the fridge thing won't work on me. All of your passwords will be stuff like 'Vena's awesome," he added, laughing. "You should make it ask a riddle, I'm used to that."
