Say All The Things That You Never Meant to Say

Lani sighed and leaned back in her seat. Today was not going well at all. All she had wanted to do was get the information she was supposed to, and then go back home to nap. That's it. But no, here she was, being held captive by the Order.

Taylor talked to McGOnagall for a little bit. The Professor was about to leave to go back to the school. McGonall told her just to find out what she could and to report it back to whomever was in charge at the time.

Lani sighed, leaning back in the chair more, nearly causing it to topple over, which would have been bad, since Tsuki's 90% sure her hands are tied behind her. She looked over when Taylor came back.

Taylor sat back down. "Ok," She said. "I need to find out whatever you can tell me that might be important. Names of other death eaters, things coming up. Whatever you know."

Lani frowned. "What makes you think I know any of that?" she asked, looking down at the floor.

"Because I'm not going to be stupid and assume that you don't."

"And what if I really don't know?" Lani challenged. "I've said before that I'm lower-ranked."

"Then at least I've made sure. Though really, even if you said you didn't know I wouldn't beleve you."

Lani was quiet for a moment, looking thoughtful. "What would happen, once I've told you everything I know? Because I doubt you would just let me leave. I need to know what to expect so I know how free I can be about what I tell you."

"You won't be able to leave but we can make the room comfier and that." Taylor said twirling her wand about her hands. or trying to at least. She dropped it and sparks flew out, hitting a wall and making a small hole into it. Taylor blinked slightly and picked up her wand placing it behind her ear.

Lani frowned. "Should have figured as much," she muttered. "Don't really want to die after all..." She sighed. "That I can deal with, though I'm not sure how long I can." She thought for a moment. "What do you want to know? And you have to be super specific, because I'm great at giving vague answers to vague questions."

"What are names of Death Eaters you know?" Taylor said, her mind wheeling for other questions to ask. She wasn't the best at thinking of questions.

"I don't know very many, and mostly they're last names," Lani muttered. "Like," she searched her mind for one. "Like Nott."

"Tell me all the names you can remember."

Lani thought for a moment. "Nott....um...Crabbe." She searched her brain for more, making a face as she did so. "Goyle, Lestrange...and Malfoy."

"Hrm," Taylor said conjuring a quill and ink. She had a horrible memory so decded to write it down lest she forget. Which wouldn't bode well with whoever happened to be in charge.

"That's all I know though," Lani said, looking down again. "Sorry."

"That's alright," Taylor said. "We'll be able to get something out of that."

"Anything else you want? Because my arms are starting to hurt," Lani said with a frown.

"Sorry," Taylor said flicking her wand and freeing her arms. She frowned slightly, trying to think of something else to ask. "Do you know of any coming up raids or anything like that?"

Lani shook her head, folding her hands in her lap. "I don't go on those, so I don't know about them. I tend to be the one that's gets information from people and go places to get information and stuff like that."

"What information have you been trying to get lately?"

"Oddly enough, information about the Order," Lani replied. "And the whereabouts of former Death Eaters who are missing. Neither of those ever went too well."

"hmhm," Taylor said with a slight smile. "We're not that easy to find information about."

"And I think we've just about exhausted my knowledge on things Voldemort-y," Lani muttered.
