I've been on a losing streak. Hit so hard I couldn't speak.

Cassie groaned, she slowly came back into consciousness. She wondered where she was, she knew she wasn't in any form of bed. The ground was rock hard and from the feel of it there were a few rocks littered about. Her head pounded loudly and it was when she tried to sit up that Cassie noticed her arms were bound behind her back. She blinked, trying to adjust her eyes to the darkness of where she was. Cassie made a face, her throat was dry and hurt and she was the slightest bit hungry, her hunger wasn't bad enough, she could ignore it. But her thirst was making her uncomfortable.

Lilith had taken to staying around Malfoy Manor as of late. Sure, she had her own place to stay, but all the fun stuff happened at the Manor. The Malfoys didn't mind, and if they did they didn't say anything. It wasn't like they were really in the position to anyway. Having opened their doors to Voldemort opened the same doors to everyone associated with him.

"Uhacc," Cassie muttered, knowing full well that it wasn't a word but felt that it tied up how she felt rather effectively. She managed to sit up, which was harder without her hands but not as hard as it seemed to be. She was wondering why on earth she was, and why she was there. From what she could see (which admittedly wasn't much) the room was empty.

Lils was wandering aimlessly down a hallway when she heard a noise coming from behind a door. Natural curiosity peaking, she opened the door to see a short flight of stairs followed by another door. She made a thoughtful face and descended down the stairs, closing the first door behind her. She reached for the handle on the first, turning it to find it was locked. Unlocking it with a quick spell, she opened the door, peering inside the room. It was quite dark inside, and she wanted to know the source of the noise, so she lit the tip of her wand with a quick Lumos. The ring of light was quick to illuminate most of the room. As it did so, Lils noticed the cause of the noise from before. It was a girl who couldn't be more than 17 or 18 years old. "Well, well, well," she muttered "What do we have here? A prisoner?"

The light from the lumos burned Cassie's eyes at first, as she was used to the darkness. But they adjusted quickly. The light showed that the rest of the room was empty and it looked like some sort of cellar or something. Cassie looked at the person who had walked in. Blinking a few times, still trying to fully adjust her eyes. She didn't say anything to the girl's muttering. Though wondered who the girl was, as she'd enver seen her before.

Lils watched with a smirk as the girl in the cellar blink a number of times, suddenly blinded by the light that was now flooding the room. "So," she said in a tone that suggested a conversation, but clearly did not mean one, "what's your name?"

Cassie raised an eyebrow at the girl, her eyes had adjusted now so looking at the person behind the wand didn't hurt her eyes. The girl looked a several years out of school but still fairly young. "And why should I tell you?" She asked, pulling on her arms slightly. As if pulling on them would free them from whatever was binding them behind her back.

Lils made a thoughtful face. "If you tell me," she said, readying herself to compromise with the girl, "I'll tell you my name, and I'll unbind your ages." She waved her lit wand back and forth lithely between her fingers.

Cassie rolled her eyes. "And I believe you soo much," She said. She doubted the girl would unbind her hands if she told her her name. She didn't seem the type of person who would do as she said she would.

Lils raised an eyebrow at the girl. "I never go back on my word," she said, "but I'll make an exception this time." She lazily flicked the wand in between her fingers, undoing the bindings. "Now tell me your name."

Cassie looked at the girl warily, she brought her hands in front of her, rubbing her wrists and letting the blood properly flow through them again. "Cassie Evans," She said somewhat thinking that she probably shouldn't have told her. But oh well.

Lils half-smiled at the girl. "Nice to meet you," she said pleasantly. "I'm Lilith Silverstone." She watched as the girl rubbed at her wrists. "Now unfortunately, I must leave." She flicked her wand, rebinding Cassie's hand behind her. "Can't leave you with free-movement," Lils said heading back through the door, locking it behind her.

Cassie scowled darkly as her arms were rebound behind her back. She should have thought of that, what stopped the girl from rebinding her arms after she'd told her what she'd wanted. Cassie sighed leaning against the wall, she felt sick and sore and wanted to get home. She didn't want to go back to Hogwarts, though Hogwarts was probably better then whereever the hell she was.

Lils made her way back up the stairs, wondering what she was going to do now. Maybe she could make a little scheme to mess with the girl, Cassie, in the cellar. And so, as she walked Lils started coming up with ideas in her mind, and wondering just when would be the perfect time to put them in action.

Cassie drifted into an uneasy sleep, waking up god knows how long later, feeling worse then she had. Though her headache had gone down, her hunger and thirst had gotten worst. She scowled trying to move herself into a comfortable position which wasn't easy. Especially with her arms bound behind her back.

The next day, all the non-kidnapped Hogwarts kids went home or stayed at the castle for winter holidays. Lyssa showed up at the manor with Draco. *insert homecoming thing and that thing with Voldemort calling Lyssa in to talk to him, if we're doing that bit, if not....ehhh*

Some person, Cassie guessed that it was a Death Eater as that was the only thing that made any sense, came into the cellar thing. And grabbed Cassie. Dragging her up the stairs. Cassie made a slight face as she tried to walk and keep up with the person, but he was faster and not leaving her much space to get her footing. Going through the house Cassie dimly recognised it. But it took her a moment to realise that it was Malfoy Manor.

Once that was all handled, Voldemort looked at Cassie. "I'm going to be merciful and give you two choices," he said, wand held delicately in his hand. "You can either join my side willingly, or you can be forced into submission. Regardless of your choice, you will soon be used to spy for me."

Cassie's body shook, she had been somewhat weak from a lack of food before then. She sat p weakly looking at Voldemort with an eyebrow raised. "Yeah," She said sarcasticly. "I am definitely going to join your side willingly. What have you been drinking?" Cassie did not care if that was not the smartet thing to say to a Dark Lord. She really didn't.

Voldemort frowned at the girl and raised his wand, sending that one curse that neither of us really like at her. "I will not be spoken to like that," he hissed, sounding very snake-like. As he held the spell in place he turned to Lils. "Silverstone," he said, addressing her. "See if you can break her like you broke down the spy." Lils smirked. "It would be my pleasure," she said. "Just make sure she can still function for her purpose." Lils nodded at him.

Cassie's body twitched at the spell, she bit down hard on her lip, not allowing herself to cry out. She tried to concerntrate on throwing it off. But she was tired and it was harder. She managed, though it left her breathless. Trying to recatch her breath she glared darkly at Voldemort.

Lilith looked at the girl that was lying on the floor of the room, smirking to herself. "Should I begin immediately, my Lord?" she asked, turning her gaze to Voldemort. He gave a short nod. Lils smirked more. She walked from where she stood in the circle of Death Eaters in the room over to Cassie, reaching down and pulling the girl up. "This is gonna be fun," she commented.

Cassie scowled at the girl as she was pulled to her feet.

Lils said no more, just marched the girl outside of the Manor and out through the groups passed the anti-apparation wards. They were going to her house, where all her stuff was. If she was going to break her, she was going to do it properly.

Cassie growled as Lils pulled her along and out of the Manor's apperition wards. Lils was about to apperate when Cassie twisted her arm breaking her grip free. The girl noticed this too late and apperated leaving Cassie standing there behind. Cassie blinked, amazed that had worked and set off at a run to find someplace to hide.
