It's hard to fight when the fight aint fair.

Regan sat cross legged on the floor, throwing a ball up and down in her hand and watching the other person in the room. And wondering if they were going to wake up any time soon. She could be out doing something else, something interesting. But no, she had to be sitting down here. Well she didn't have to be. But she felt like it. So.

Regan had been told that the girl hadn't wanted to do as she was directed and so it was Regan's job to do whatever it took (without killing the girl) to get her to give in. She threw the ball up again, watching it fly into the air and then caught it. Before repeating the process.

While still throwing it up and down she glanced up as Lyssa started to stir awake. She doubted the girl had any idea what had happened. Because as far as Regan had gathered the girl had been sleeping when she had been rendered unconscious. So she'd probably wake up and wonder what on earth had been going on.

The girl could probably only take a step or so in any direction as she had a chain around her ankle that was connected quite strongly to the wall. For added inconvience her arms were also bound behind her back.

"Good morning," Regan said with fake pleasantry as the girl stirred awake.

When Lyssa came to consciousness, she knew right away that she had been sleeping too long, her eyes were too heavy. That confused her, because she was normally okay at waking up in time, just not so much at waking with too little sleep. That was her problem with school.

Lyssa opened her eyes slowly, blinking a few times to wake herself up so she could get a bearing on her surrounding, since something felt off. She tried to push her bangs out of her face, only to find that she couldn't even move her arms.

The woke her up quite a bit, since that was quite odd. She looked around her, noting she was in a an unfamiliar room. Then she saw a person. "Who the hell are you?" she asked.

Regan smirked slightly, at the obvious confusion the girl was showing. To the room she was in and towards her. "I'm Regan," She said which really didn't answer anything, it answered the question, but not really what the girl wanted to know by asking the question. She threw the ball up again, wondering what she'd do if she dropped it. Let it roll past or walk over and pick it up. Probably just leave it.

Lyssa processed that for a moment before deciding it was an acceptable answer. "Okey..." she muttered. "And would you care to tell me where I am and why?" She was just going to find all this out now, rather than wait and find out. It would help ease her mind, for now.

Regan looked at her. "Take a guess," She said infuriatingly, the where part was kind of hard but the why wouldn't be that difficult. If the girl thought about what she had done that could possibly get her kidnapped. Unless she ahd for some odd reason done something else recently that annoyed someone enough to cause them to kidnap her. But Regan doubted it.

"I wouldn't have asked you if I knew," Lyssa said, "and I don't play guessing games." She looked around her, frowning at the room.

"Well then I guess you are just going to have to not know aren't you?" Regan asked cocking her head to the side. She stood up throwing the ball up one more time before putting it into her pocket. "I'll give you some time to think about it," She said walking towards the door. "See if you can work it out. It's not that hard. But then, you don't seem to be the sharpest knife in the draw." Regan left the room shutting the door behind her.

Lyssa watched as Regan left the room. Then she looked around the room again. She frowned deeply. It was cool in the room, too cool for summer, so she guessed that meant it was underground, so there went that problem, but the second one she still didn't have a clue about at all.

Regan hummed sitting down on one of the couches in her living room. She pulled her book of the table and read for a bit. She didn't get around to going to see the girl that day. As she had to go and do something she had forgotten about, and by the time she got home she couldn't be bothered doing anything. Besides, it gave the girl more time to think about why she was there.

Eventually, Lyssa had fallen asleep leaning on the wall. She still didn't know why she was there, but she knew she didn't want to be there, since the fact that her hands were bound and the fact that her ankle was chained to a wall couldn't mean she was there for any sort of pleasant reason.

Regan went down to the room the next morning after eating breakfast. Instead of throwing a ball in her hand she was throwing an apple up and down. Humming cheerily she entered the room, sitting cross legged on the floor oposite the girl again. "Any ideas yet?" She asked throwing the apple up and down in her hand while thinking that the girl would be hungry.

"Well," Lyssa said, ignoring the apple that the girl was tossing up and down, it would just serve to make her hungry, which she was only a little at the moment. "I'm pretty sure I'm in a basement. But I still don't know why."

Regan raised an eyebrow at the girl. "I'll give you a hint," She said amazed that the girl really had no idea why she was there. "Who's at your house at the moment?" She asked cocking her head to the side.

Lyssa thought for a moment. She was still a little too tired to be thinking about things. Her sleep hadn't been nearly as restful as sleep normally was. Then she looked at Regan. "Voldemort," she said, not phrasing it like a question, but rather as a statement.

"Obviously," She wondered how the girl hadn't gotten it without a hint. Regan didn't think it would have been that hard to figure out. Though maybe just because she knew the answer it seemed obvious. "So do you know why you're here?"

"Because of Voldemort," Lyssa replied.

Regan rolled her eyes. "Well duh," She said throwing the apple up again, Regan had the odd habit of throwing whatever was in her hand up in the air. "I'll rephraze the question, and maybe this time you'll understand it." She said. "What do you think you did, to cause the Dark Lord to do this." She gestured with her free hand to the girl, chained and bound.

Lyssa looked at her for a moment. "Well, if I knew then we wouldn't be having this problem, now would we?" she said. "There's an obvious reason, I know, but I don't find it all that probable, because I don't get why he would go through so much trouble for one person."

Reg rolled her eyes, and glanced at the apple in her hand. She looked at Lyssa cocking her head to the side. "Want the apple?" She asked smirking.

Lyssa looked at the apple for a moment. "Not really," she answered. "I never eat right after waking up."

"Suit yourself," Regan said with a shrug pocketing the apple and pulling out her wand. She spun it around her hand looking at Lyssa. "Alright, so I'll make this simple. You're here because you disobeyed the Dark Lord. Agree to do as he says, and no-one gets hurt. Disagree and well," She shrugged her eyes gleaming.

"I'm not going to do what he bloody says to do. He's a nutter," Lyssa said as though it should be really obvious, but she eyed the wand nervously. She didn't really want to end up at the recieving end of some spell.

"Have it your way," Regan said smirking, she could tell from the look that Lyssa was giving the wand that she was nervous as to what could come out of it. And what harm it could to her. She spun the wand about again, resisting the tempation to throw it into the air. Because the last time she'd done that sparks had flown out of it. Regan turned her wand so the end was facing Lyssa. She supposed she'd start simple and ifthe girl didn't relent well, she could just crank it up a notch or so. "Crucio."

(And Dude, I typed that 0_o like. I didn't even hesitate. I just wrote it.)

Lyssa let out a cry as the spell hit her. She hadn't been expected it to hit her. Sure, she had expected a spell, but not that one. Thankfully, she was already on the floor or falling over would have hurt a lot. She wrrith inpain, but didn't make a sound, minus an occassional whimper. She wasn't going to let Regan get to her.

Regan left the spell on for a bit longer, boredly watching as the girl writhed in pain. She was somewhat disapointed that she didn't scream but, oh well. She ended the spell and looking at the girl said in a pleasant tone. "That's only a small dose of what I can really so. I'd advise you to rethink your answer." She stood up, walking out of the room and leaving the apple sitting on the floor on the other side.
