Life Has Just Begun But Now I've Gone And Thrown It All Away

"Luce, I can't do this..."

Lucy sighed. "I know, but you don't really have much of a choice.."

"You know...I've never once had a full moon without the potion...and I'm not getting it this time around..."

"I don't know Ly," Luce said. "I can't do anything about it, " She sighed. She coudn't just tell Ly to deal with it. "I don't know."

"I know, Luce," Lyall said. "I'm just...scared of what I'm going to become and what I'll do while I'm that way. I'm not a murderer, and I can't bring myself to be one."

Lucy was sympathetic to Lyall, because she wouldn't want that either, but the fact that Lyall kept going on about it was starting to get on her nerves.

Lyall pulled her knees up, as they were both sitting on her bed while they talked. "I don't want to be a monster," she whispered, resting her forehead on her knees and just sort of giving a sob, releasing some of the emotion she had been holding back all that morning and all of the week beforehand.

"No-one really does."

"Fenrir does," Lyall muttered bitterly, lifting up her head.

"Well he's a nut case,"

"That he is," Lyall said.

Lu sighed.

Sooner, rather than later, Ly was watching the sun as it set from where all of the Death Eaters involved and the newbs were stationed at the moment. Fenrir was hovering around her like an annoying bee or something and she wanted nothing more than to smack him senseless.

Lu rubbed her hand up and down her left arm, not really noticing she was.

At some point, just before the sun was completely down, Greyback got Ly's attention and signaled that they needed to separate from the group so as to not harm the Death Eaters any.

Lucy pulled her arms around her middle.

Once they were far enough, Greyback had them stop. Standing there, Lyall watched as the sun sank and the moon rose, fear rising in her chest at every passing second.

Lucy watched Lyall walk off.

Lyall bit her lip as the time came closer and closer.

Lyall slept in the next morning.
