Just a day like any.

Drew smiled. "I think I should quit encouraging you, but I have to agree. This is going to be entertaining."

"Discouraging me isn't going to do a thing Drew, so you may as well enjoy it."

"That is true. Discouraging you never worked very well, did it?"

"No it didn't, I have no idea why you even tried."

"Well, I am going to go get a bucket. Have fun tracking down honey? We can meet up late tonight or tomorrow."

Demi nodded. "Sounds like a good plan to me. And superglue. Need to find superglue."

Drew laughed. "I'll leave that one to you, since I am also researching recording methods."

"I'll ask the house elves, there would be superglue somewhere..."

"Superglue in the KITCHEN? Good luck with that one. Although, I suppose that if anyone would know where to find superglue, it would be the house elves."

She nodded. "A muggle born might have brought some or something like that, I dunno, we'll see. And if not. I'll just put more honey on their seats."

Drew thought about it. "Honey might be more fun, because although superglue would hold better, honey is stickier."

"They will never want to eat honey again after this," she said grinning.

"Nope! Then again, if this goes wrong, I probably will not either."

"I don't like honey, so, it doesn't bother me," she said with a laugh. "Though maybe I'll try it after."

"I only like it with some things, like toast and in tea. It tastes good with tea."

Demi shrugged at him. "It's weird," she said. "I don't like it."

"It's surprising, really. You seem like you would like lots of sweet stuff."

"It's a weird sweet though," she said scrunching her nose.

"That is true. It is not like the pure sugar candy that you seem to love."

"Sugar is wonderful," she said. "Anyway, To the kitchens to get honey. And some sugar while I'm at it."

"Off to get a bucket. Somehow."

And so they went on their different ways to gather their resources.

Drew stole a bucket from Filch. Don't ask him how--he will never tell you.

And Demi got honey from the kitchens, and some other random bits and bobs.

The next day, Demi and Drew met up in the great hall in the morning. "What's the story, morning glory?" Drew asked. He was stressed about the pranks, but also slightly excited--not that he would ever tell Demi that.
