"We weren't talking about brains Andrew dear, we were talking about being nice. In which Gryffindor takes the cake, or actually, I suppose Hufflepuff would... but then Gryffindor," she nodded firmly.

"There are mean Hufflepuffs and nice Ravenclaws," Drew insisted.

"But as a general whole, you guys rank in third place on the niceness scale."

"I disagree," Drew said. "You Gryffindors aren't necessarily nicer, you're just warmer. We Ravenclaws are perfectly nice, we're just a bit more distant."

"So, really you just agreed with me," she nodded.

"Not at all! Being distant and being not nice are completely separate."

"Well no one else sees that you are nice, so it doesn't really matter."

"People realize that we are nice. I have lots of friends in other houses, like you."

"I don't think I count as lots," she teased.

"Hey now," Drew said, grinning slightly. "Are you implying I don't have other friends?"

She peered mocking around her. "Are they all invisible?" she asked with wide eyes.

"Come on, Dem, don't be mean."

Demi grinned at him. "I'm only teasing," she protested.

"Yeah, yeah," Drew said, poking Dem. "You don't exactly have a ton of non-Gryffindor friends, either."

She grinned. "I wasn't the one claiming to have lots of friends Andrew the introvert."

"I'm introverted but friendly," Drew stated. "That has to count for something?"

"I wasn't saying you weren't friendly,I was saying most of your house wasn't."

"They're all friendly to me!"

"That is because people in their house tend to be nice to people in their house."

"True... but the Gryffindors definitely aren't friendly to me, besides you and Remus."

"Well none of the Ravenclaws like me, so we're square."

"I like you!" Drew insisted. "Besides, they're friendlier to more low-key people."

"Okay you like me, but one out of the whole house? Low key? I'm very low key!" she grinned.

"Dem, you are the opposite of low-key."

She pouted at him. "Bor-ring!"
