Lyssa shrugged. "That doesn't mean it didn't change things for me," she said. "It pretty much changed my whole life. Although, it didn't necessarily change things for the worse. In fact, if anything, it all kept me from living the rest of my life as a lie."

Cassie's eyes narrowed. "Good for you," She snapped obviously not meaning a word of it. "That ruined my life. Almost ruined me actually. Came pretty damn close." Cassie scowled into the floor.

"Oh, how sad. One person stabs her in the back and Cassie goes on about how her life is ruined. Hate to break it to you, but people are out there that have experienced worse," Lyssa said, an almost smirk crossing her face.

Cassie scowled. "My family was murdered in front of me, I was nearly killed myself. Having missed about half the year I failed just about all my newts and it is fricken hard to get a job; same with the muggle world didn't study at a highschool either. The kids don't even fricken know who their fathers are because apparently I'm too much to handle. I don't give a damn ifyou don't care, and I don't give a damn if people have had worse. But my life fucking sucks." Cassie scowled again leaning against the wall.

Lyssa frowned slightly. "Ok, you've had a crappy life, I'll give you that. And to be honest, I'm actually somewhat sorry about all that I did. I mean, we're going to end up having to put up with each other eventually if our children are going to be friends, after all."

"Yeah sure you are," Cassie muttered turning and entering the kitchen, she just wanted Lyssa out of her house but her daughter was here so she supposed she had to put up with her. Cassie scowled going through the fridge. "Nothing to bloody eat," She muttered slamming the fridge door shut.
