"But, of course we are."

"Care to join in, or are we going to have to go over last time, alllll over, again?"

"I would rather we didn't go over last time again...?" Lyssa muttered, the words turning into a question somehow.

"Why don't you go and be a maniac before I lose my temper and 'accidently' happen to hex you into a wall?" Cassie asked her eyes gleaming darkly. "You could just 'happen' to get in the way of a spell aimed at a muggle. Accidently of course."

Lyssa looked at Cassie out of the corner of her eye.

Regan laughed, somewhat amused. "Sure," She said. "But do you really want to face the consequences of that?" She raised an eyebrow. "You won't be around to see if I do if you keep talking." Cassie muttered softly.

Lyssa had no idea what to do.

"You wanna bet on that Evans?" "Do you?" Cassie challanged. Regan laughed. "Of course I don't, I'm a Slytherin, but, just to let you know. THere's only, what, one, two of you? And how many of us? Or can't you count?" Cassie gave her an irritated look. "Counting has nothing to do with it, but when it comes down to it a lack of numbers can make it easier. Less people to look out for. Sod off before I really do blast you into a wall, and maybe drop the roof on your head."

Lyssa fidgeted. "Cassie, either calm down or keep me out of it," Lyssa hissed to her.

"If you want to be kept out of it Malfoy then go blast a few muggles to bits."

"Or you can do it for me."

"What? And exclude you from the fun? Hardly." She twisted her wand around her fingers. Making it quite clear that she was prepared to use it on them. "Besides," She said. "I'm sure the Dark Lord would just. love. to hear how in to it you are getting. You're already on his badside, do you really want to get on his worst?"

"To get on someone's bad side they have to have a good side, and I wasn't aware that he even had one of those so, why don't you just sod off and leave me alone?"

Cassie scowled, sendinga spell at Regan in her annoyance, Reg was expecting it and defended it. Sending a spell back, though at Lyssa not at Cassie.

Lyssa, who was unprepared, didn't get to block against the spell. So, in the next moment she had slumped to her knees, trying to breathe, as apparently whatever spell that had hit her made it where you couldn't.

"What are you doing?" Cassie shouted watching Lyssa who looked as if she couldn't breath. "Stop it." Cassie muttered angrily her wand pointing at Regan. "Put your wand down Evans, I don't think she can last that long without breathing. Do you?" Cassie scowled darkly and lowered her wand.

Lyssa still couldn't breathe, and she was starting to get dizzy from it. And at some point she had completely doubled over on her knees, just trying to.

"Stop it," Cassie snapped at her. Regan ended the spell, looking at Cassie. "Aim your wand anywhere near my direction Evans and I'll recast it."

Lyssa took in a gasp of air, and never had she been so grateful for it. Limply falling over on her side, she took deep, heavy breaths, trying to clear the dizziness from her head.

Cassie hurried over to Lyssa. "Are you alright?" She asked her. "WAit, stupid question. Will you be alright?"

Lyssa, who hadn't yet regained use of her voice, just nodded at Cassie.

Cassie scowled at Regan, who gave her a grin. "And oh, while I'm at it." Regan said and she flicked her wand at Lyssa again, recasting the spell. "You have...three? Minutes, to kill a muggle. So. I suppose you get on your way. Ey?" Cassie's eyes glared and she turned stalking off swearing under her breath.

Lyssa, who had just regained her breath, looked at Regan like she was mad as she suddenly couldn't breathe again. And she hoped Cassie would hurry.

Cassie scowled feircly as she stalked off, angry and upset she sent the first spell she thought of at a muggle. Having to send it again to finish them off. Right then she was too preoccupied about Lyssa to think of the person as a person, she was thinking of it as something she needed to do. She got back, and Regan ended the spell.

Lyssa was unconscious long before Cassie ever got back.

"Tsk, tsk," Regan said after Cassie had showed back up. "You were gone longer than three minutes. I don't know that she's okay, now."
