Just a day like any.

"Shocking people by pretending there is something more going on between us than there really is. Because I was definitely just joking."

Demi gave him a sideways look. "Are you sure you're pretending here Drew? And this isn't just a ploy?" She winked at him. "But I'm up for it. Anything that confuses people is good for me. And anyway, it'd be interesting." She gave him a cheeky grin.

Drew blinked. "Wow, you are shameless, Dem!" He started cracking up. "How shall we confuse the poor buggers?"

Demi winked at him. "Course I am. What did you expect? I do have some standards though, so," She shrugged cheekily at him. "Hmm, how indeed."

Drew grinned. "I came up with the idea, so it's your turn to come up with specifics!"

(Cj, we are insane. Absolutely bloody insane. xD)

"Oh, is that how it works is it?" Demi asked with a raised eyebrow. "Cause if that's the case, then I'll sit back and YOU can come up with all the ideas for pranking the Marauders and keeping us out of trouble cause I came up with the idea."

Drew scowled. "That's not at all fair, missy. I'm the one who runs recon and you are the ideas person. You know that is the way things work. You're just so amazing at it! It would not be nearly as beautifully mischievous if I came up with the ideas."

"Of course," Demi said with a laugh. "We'd be sitting in the library if you came up with the ideas." She shook her head at him. "Alright then, hmm," She pondered.

Drew smiled discretely, not wanting to get Dem's attention. If she noticed how pleased he was that his flattery worked, she would take it back and make him come up with the idea. Her idea would be so much better, though, he was sure of it.

"Well, how do the couples act? Cause that would be a start, and then," She ran a hand through her hair thinking.

Drew shrugged. "I've never been a relationship. How would I know?"

He did know, of course, from watching people.

"Pfft," Demi said. "You watch people enough to know how those in relationship act."

Drew laughed. "Guilty as charged. People in relationships tend to turn red a lot and stare creepily at each other, laughing and giggling, but I'm not doing that. Hm... they hold hands?"

Demi tilted her head and gave him a creepy look, before she laughed. "I agree, not doing that either. Holding hands, yes, hugging I suppose. What else. hmm. We don't really have a group, so being somewhat separated from the group doesn't work exactly."

"Holding hands and hugging work." Drew froze. Hugging led to something else, in most relationships.

"I'm not kissing you. Sorry. That would just be weird."

Demi laughed, and then buried her face in her hand. She looked at him over her fingers and started giggling again. "No offence Drew dear, but I don't want to kiss you either. So we're good there."

Drew was visibly relieved. "Thank goodness. That would be so unbelievably weird."

Demi nodded her agreement. "That would be incredibly weird."

Drew laughed. "I'm glad to have gotten that out of the way."

"So now that that is settled..." Demi muttered.

Drew laughed. "Holding hands to start?"

Demi grinned and held out her hand, with a curtsy and a wink.

Drew grabbed her hand and winked back. "Oh, Demi!" he shouted melodramatically and teasingly.

Demi giggled. "Oh Andrew," She said smiling at him, and then starting to laugh all over again.

Drew laughed. "You're amazing, you know?" He continued, gushingly. "I love you so much."
