"Then I won't sleep," Cassie replied, keeping her grip strong.

"You have to eventually."

"Maybe so, but, then I get someone else to make sure you don't."

"Cassie, I am a witch. I do magic. You think I don't know ways to get alone? Now let go."

Cassie stared at her a few moments with a dark look, before she let go. Grabbing the nearest thing she flung it at the opposite wall, leaning back onto the wall.

"So much anger."

"Oh I wonder why," Cassie snapped.

"Oh, I know why."

Cassie ignored her, running her fingers through her hair.

Lyssa just rolled her eyes and beelined for the front door.

"And where are you going?" Cassie asked her watching her walk.

"Out."

Cassie followed her. "Why?"

"A walk. Maybe go see my mom and brother."

"And how do I know that you're going to come back, and not going to turn the corner and disapear into the land of the non-living?"

"You'll have to trust me."

"Can I trust you?"

"That is for you to decide. Au revoir." And with that Lyssa stepped outside.

Cassie leaned against the doorframe, chewing on her lip but staying inside.

Lyssa's walk was actually quite short-lived, since all she did was walking around the side of the house and sit down to lean against it.

Cassie headed back to her bedroom.

After a while, as in three hours, Lyssa finally got up and headed back inside.

After a shower, Cassie grabbed her earphones and ipod when she went back inside, putting it in she lay down on her bed listening to music and reading.

Lyssa walked up the stairs to Cassie's room and walked inside.

Cassie glanced up when Lyssa walked in.
