Cassie and Lyssa AE 6

Lyssa was still sitting on her bed when her door opened. She looked up at who is was, to see her mother standing there.

"Melyssa," Narcissa said walking over and hugging her daughter gingerlly, to make sure that she didn't hurt her. "Are you alright?" Cassie stayed awkwardly standing at the door rubbing her head from when she'd fallen down earlier. Cassie smiled softly at Lyssa. "Ma'am," Cassie said to Narcissa. "My sister." Narcissa glanced at Cassie with a faint smile. She passed Cassie her wand and said. "Be sure to bring it back. From what I've gathered being bashed into a wall does not look like fun." Cassie nodded and hurried off unlocking the door to the room Lizzie was in. "Cassie!" Lizzie exclaimed. Then she saw the wand. "Whose wand is that?" "Mr.s Malfoys." "You stole her wand?!" "No I asked her first. Come on though, knowing our luck Lucius will appear out of no-where." The two girls hurried back to Lyssa's room, Cassie passing the wand back to Narcissa.

"I'm fine mum," Lyssa muttered dismissively as Narcissa looked at her cheek, which was still red. Apparently, Lucius could slep people very hard. Lyssa didn't want to make a big deal about the whole thing.

Cassie and Lizzie just stayed by the door as Narcissa fussed over her daughter making sure that she really was okay and not just trying to not make a big deal over it. After making sure they were fine Narcissa came back holding both girls wands. "Thank-you," Cassie said taking hers. Lizzie made a face. "Stupid wooden sticks." Cassie snickered. "Come on," Narcissa said. "Where are we going?" Lizzie asked. "We could go back to your place?" Cassie shook her head. "No, cause Lucius knows where it is and it doesn't have anti apperition wards." Cassie frowned and when Narcissa opened her mouth to say something she said. "We could go to my place? My aunt gave it to me when she died." "Why didn't I get given a house?" Lizzie asked with a slight pout. "cause Lizzie," Cassie said with a smile. "You hate magic and that place is a magical house."

"But we'd need to go back to your house anyway, since all our stuff is there. Or well most of it, seeing as some of my stuff is here..." Lyssa said, having successfully gotten Narcissa to stop fussing a moment before.

"True," Cassie said. "I just don't suggest staying their long." Lyssa gathered some of her stuff and the four of them apperated to Cassie's place, Cassie side-along apperating Lizzie. "I do not want to ever do that again," Lizzie spluttered sitting down so she didn't throw up.

"Trust me," Lyssa said, as Narcissa stopped her from falling over. "I know the feeling. Apparating never fails to make me dizzy and ever so slightly nauseous, but I deal with it."

Cassie's mum came out having heard voices. "Girls," She said hugging her children. "I was getting worried. Are you alright?" "We're fine Mum," Cassie said with a slight eyeroll. Her mum then turned to Lyssa and Narcissa. "Nice to see you again Lyss, and you must be Lyssa's mother? i'm Samantha."

Narcissa nodded. "I'm Narcissa," she replied.

Cassie's mum nodded. "Come in," She said turning around and walking inside. The girls and Narcissa followed her inside.

The two mothers chatted while the teenagers went to get their stuff.

Cassie got her school trunk and emptied all of the useless school books and crap and put clothing, books she wanted to read and other crap into it. Once ready all three girls went downstairs taking their stuff. "Sure you don't want to come Mum?" Cassie asked her. She shook her head. "I have things to do around here." "I'm just worried about you." Cassie muttered. "Don't be, I can look after myself even if I have had my wand taken off me." Cassie nodded. "I suppose."

Lyssa frowned slightly. "But what if Lucius comes around and he's still angry? He's bound to come looking for us."

"I can't leave you dad." "Then bring him," "He has work and you know he hates having to be magically transported, so having to be every day would really get on his nerve." "Yeah but he'd prefer us to be safe." "I'll talk with him when he gets home, ok?" "Fine."

The group went to the house, both Lyssa and Lizzie complaining about Apparating again once they got there.

"Oh stop whinging you two," Cassie told them with a roll of her eyes. She looked up at the house and opened the gates with a flick of her wand. "Welcome to my place, I guess." "How come I've never been here?" Lizzie asked as she walked through the gate. Cassie shrugged. "Because you don't like magic? First time I came here was after I got my letter so," She shrugged.

"Excuse me for not liking Apparating..." Lyssa muttered, looking at the house. "Nice place."

"Thanks," Cassie said leading the group to the front door. "No-ones been here since my aunt died so it'll be a little dusty." Cassie opened the door and enteredthe house shutting the door behind everyone.

"Oh bleck," Lyssa muttered. "Dust." Just as soon as the words were out of her mouth she sneezed. Then she growled under her breath slightly.

Cassie smiled slightly and flicked her wand. Which cleaned up most of the dust. "This place i'll be a mess but I like it." Cassie felt slightly awkward with Narcissa standing there, as while, after Lyssa, Narcissa was her favourite Malfoy. She didn;t exactly feel comfortable around her.

"Oh well," Lyssa said. "So long as there's no dust I don't care what a place is like. Can't freaking stand dust."

Cassie smiled amused. Still feeling somewhat awkward. "Hang on, I'll go make up some rooms because it's kind of late and I know for one that I at least want to get some sleep." And Cassie disapeared to go and find rooms and bed stuff leaving the other three in the living room. Lizzie quite liked the house and felt rather sulky at hving not been there before.

A little bit later, Cassie came back and told everyone where they would be sleeping. Lyssa walked in her room, and promptly fell back on the bed. She was tired.

Cassie was first up the next day, she was an early riser, unlike Lyssa who seemed to be able to sleep for forever. And the Gryffindor girl made her way to the kitchen to make herself some breakfast. Eating her slightly burnt toast, the toaster had been up too high, she sat down at the table.

Lyssa was the last person to get up the next day. It wasn't her fault...The bed was warm, and she was tired. Having finally uprooted herself from the bed, Lyssa walked over to the bathroom to change. She had fallen asleep in her clothes the night before, so they were wrinkled like mad. Lyssa was brushing her hair in the mirror, when she caught sight of the side of her face. It had bruised. She frowned at her reflection for a moment, before walking out of the bathroom in new, unwrinkled clothes on her way to get some breakfast.
