Cassie and Lyssa Alternate Ending 3

I woke up some hours later from the nap I most definitely needed and walked downstairs to the drawing room where Cassie still was. I walked in the room and sat down in a chair opposite her not saying or doing anything, but staring.

Finally bored as her just staring at me I dicied to say something.

"Are you going to do anything or just sit their like an idiot?"

I was grumpy, being stuck to a chair all night was not fun.

I glared at her. "Oh do shut up. I was having a rather pleasant day until just now."

Then I crossed my arms acrossed my chest, quiet again.

"Comfortable?" I finally asked.

"What do you think?" I snapped.

I sighed, there goes the Lyss that had saved me earlier that morning.

I frowned wishing she'd come back.

I smirked at her.

"Well there's nothing I can do to fix your predicament. Well actually there probably is, but eh I think I need a shower or something instead."

Then with a smile I got up from the chair and walked from the room.

"Git." I snarled trying to flex my wrists and failing misribly. They were starting to cramp.

I frowned wondering what was going to happen next, stupid bloody Voldemort.

After a hour or so I came back to the room. I was now clean and wearing clean clothes, which felt way better than the dirt and grime from Hogwarts and the near death. I chuckled at the thought.

With a lazy yawn I sat back in the chair from before, propping my chin on my palm, purposefully making sure she could see my exposed Mark. I wasn't bothering covering it right now.

"How have you been while I was gone?" I asked casually.

I rolled my eyes. "Your chairs are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever been forced to sit in."

I shook my head. "Whats up with you Lyss? You seem to be changing sides every few days, one minute your on our side the next you on theirs."

"Changing sides?" I asked raising an eyebrow. "Is that what you think I did at Hogwarts? Momentarily switched to the your side?" I laughed. "It's all a matter of acting, Evans. I figured there was really no way of my getting out of that castle without it. I merely did a few things to make it seem like I was on your side. But really though, this side is way more fun." I grinned at her.

I scowled. If I could have I would have punched her in the face, but I couldn't as I was stuck in a chair.

"I change my mind, you are more annoying then Draco, hard I know but ey it's possible."

I smiled mischeivisly.

"That's unfortunate to hear really," I said glancing off to the side.

Then I sighed and leaned back, looking at the ceiling.

"Well now this is rather dull," I commented. "And seeing as no one else is here... Well your the only person about besides me."

"And I'm just having soo much fun being here." I bit sarcasticly.

"I don't know why, but I still trust you." I sighed. "And love you. I'm such a Gryffindor." I sighed.

I felt my brow furrow. "You trust me?" I asked incredulous. "I didn't think there was anyone that still did. You're just mental I guess."

I gave a nonchalant shrug.

"Course I do, I wouldn't have saved your life after you saved mine if I hadn't. I didn't travel this far and spend half my life with you to watch it all fall apart in front of my eyes."

"You're mental," I said shaking my head and standing up. "I'll be back in a while. I'm hungry."

Then I left to get some food, eating in silence in the kitchen, since really there was no need to go elsewhere if I was alone.

Then as I was walking back to the room I started singing:

When she stopped all I did was stare for a moment.

I frowned slightly. "Yeah? And so what if I am?"

I stared at her impassively for a moment.
