Just a day like any.

Demi hummed merrily to herself as she sat down.

Drew thought Demi should probably stop humming, as it was very suspicious.

Demi did so.

Drew sat down and waited for something bad to happen.

Demi caught James' eye and smiled sweetly at him, he glowered at her though Demi could tell that he was thinking of a way to get back at her. They knew it was her fault. Demi couldn't wait to see what the reaction to the honey would be...

Drew was worried something bad was about to happen.

I've been trying to think of something bad to happen and have come up at a loss.

Drew waited until the end of class. He and Demi needed to bolt as soon as class ended, to avoid dealing with the marauders.

The Demi was amused at Drew's worried expression. "Cheer up sad face," she said. "You'll miss out on all the fun 'cause you're too busy being grumpy."

Drew protested. "I'm not being grumpy, just concerned."

"Well don't be concerned. I've got this alllll under control."

That alone frightened Drew.

Demi grinned at him. "Come on. You've got to admit it's exciting. Here, I'll make you a deal, you have fun AND as soon as the bell goes we'll scamper for our lives?"

Drew pondered this. "This might be acceptable."

Demi grinned. "So?" she asked him. "Deal?"

Drew nodded. "It works for now."

Demi grinned. "Awe-some! The good thing is, they won't make trouble in this class for maybe the next week because of the peeves incident. So we are safe until later... ooh, I wonder what they will think when they get to their common room," she laughed.

Drew had to give a small smile on that one. "If we get caught, we're dead."

Demi smiled at him. "And when did that ever stop us?" she asked. "We should be good, just run for your life as soon as the bell rings."

"If we run for our lives, we just raise their suspicions, you know."

"Then we shall walk for our lives, it just doesn't sound as cool."

Drew laughed. "How about we just walk normally?"

"Where's the fun in that?" she asked with a grin. "Fiine. And than just get as far away as possible. Maybe I should have dinner with the Ravenclaws, they might like me even less once they've dropped their bags off. Though why anyone would hate me is anyones guess," she winked at him.

"I wonder why," Drew said with mock pensivity (that is totally not a word but I don't care). "We might have to take a poll on that one..."

"I'm just awesome in general," she said with a laugh. "THey are probably just jealous."
