New RP 1 (Expelled) (yes, fail title, but it makes it obvious)

"I don't want to be though."

"But you are and you can't change that. If you weren't then we wouldn't be friends and I would probably be like I was a few weeks ago."

"Maybe not, you weren't like that when I met you."

Lyssa laughed. "That's because, dear Cassie, I was acting. I really can't stand Draco's friends, but that didn't make me not completely the same as them. You changed that. After I met you on the train I decided that I didn't like being that way and changed. It took some talking with the Sorting Hat."

Cassie raised an eyebrow. "You do realise that you just said that the begining of our freindship was a lie."

"It wasn't," Lyssa said. "I swear it wasn't."

"That's what it sounded like." Cassie said softly.

"I..." Lyssa started, but stopped. "That wasn't the point of me telling you that. It was to prove the point that without your friendship I would someone else."

"Most people would be someone else if they hadn't met a person is their life." Cassie said.

"And that's exactly my point. If you weren't my friend then I would be different. And as you've seen, it's not a nice different."

"You wouldn't mind about the difference though." Cassie said as they continued through the castle.

"Maybe not, but I would mind it right now."

"But there wouldn't be a now."

"But that's not the point!"

"Well it is really," Cassie said. "You were the one who brought up the fact of what you would be like it there wasn't a now, if we had never become freinds." Cassie shrugged.

"Yes, and I'm trying to say that I grateful for the friendship."

"So am I but it doens't get rid of the fact that right now I'd prefer to be home and not have a clue about magic."

"Whatever. I didn't come back to argue with you." The two reached the castle, and with a quick 'talk to you later' Lyssa walked off to the Slytherin common room to let Draco know she was back.

Cassie nodded and walk off to the common room, to finish off some homework shehad to do. Not that it mattered if she didnt do it.

Lyssa walked down the stairs and to the common room. She gave the password to get in and it opened. Walking in, she spotted Draco on a couch. He looked up as he heard the door open and smiled. "Father let you come back again?" he asked.

Cassie gave up on her homework, decided it was usless and then ent to work out how to cause more mischeif.

Lyssa nodded at Draco. "I made another deal with him," she said. "So no more rule breaking for me unless I want to be confined to the Manor again. And I'd rather that not happen." Draco nodded at her.

While Lyssa didn;t complain or break the rules she was mostly back to normal, thankfully. Cassie however didn;t pay any such heed to not breaking rules and continued to go out of her way to cause mischeif. Which as usaul resulted in her ending up slightly worse for wear. Not that she really minded, it was worth the fun she had. Though she was thankful when the year started ticking to an end, she loved Hogwarts she really did. but she couldn't stand it with the Carrows in charge. It was just unbearable.
