New RP 1 (Expelled) (yes, fail title, but it makes it obvious)

"Oh whatever," Lyssa muttered. "I'm leaving before I do something really stupid." And with that she turned on her heel and walked toward the door.

Cj:
Snape flicked his wand locking the door and when Lyssa turned to shout at him he said. "I hereby expel you from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Miss. Malfoy." And he flicked his wand unlocking the door again.

Tsuki:
"On what grounds?" Lyssa asked him, voice shaking.

Cj:
"For being rude, for time and time again disobeying rules despite the punishments that are given to you and for not listening when I've warned you, that this. is. not. a. game!" He thumped his fist on his desk on the last word.

Tsuki:
All Lyssa could do for a long moment was take deep, slightly shaky, breathes and stare at Snape. "Professor please..." she whispered when she could speak. She didn't care if it sounded like she was begging. Hell, she was begging. Begging him to take it back.

Cj:
Snape just raised an eyebrow at her and said nothing. Cassie just stood there, shocked, she hadn't really thought that Snape would do something like that. "You-you can't." Cassie said. "I can and I will. Miss Malfoy I expect you out of my school in an hour." He turned and faced the window looking out onto the grounds.

Tsuki:
"Professor Snape please," Lyssa whispered again, tears springing up in her eyes. She would say more, but that was she really could coherently put together at the moment. She slumped back against the nearest wall, shaking too much, staring at Snape's turned back. "Please, don't do this."

Cj:
"Miss Malfoy," Snape said in a bored voice. "Your time is running out." Cassie glanced at her friend who was slumped against the wall. "Please Professor, we'll be good. I promise." Snape laughed bitterly. "Because I really can trust your word Miss Evans." "Severus," Said Dumbledore portrait. "Not now Albus." Severus snapped back at him.

Lyssa shook her head to herself for a second, and straightened from the slump. Even though she was still shaking, the shake in her voice had stopped. "You know, professor, it's not your wand people should be afraid of. It's your emotionless, bastardly heart that they should really fear. It's more than enough to take people down. You don't even need magic to do it." Then with as much dignity as she could pull together since she was still shaking, she gave Snape a glare, and left the office with a shake of her head.

Cassiee's eyes widened as she stalked out of the room and Cassie turned to follow her. "Miss Evans," Snape drawled. "I don't remember giving you permission to leave." "But-" Cassie said completly dumbfounded. "I also," He continued. "Don't remember expelling you." "You can't expect me to stay here!" Cassie shouted at him looking at the open door. "Oh but I can." Snaope flicked his wand and muttered something under his breath. "What did that do?" Cassie asked him suspiciously. "Disalloes you to exit the grounds." He said calmy. "You may leave." Sputtering nonsense Cassie run out of the room to catch up tp Lyss.

Lyssa hadn't actually gone all that far. She, in fact, had stopped walking at the bottom of the stairs. Her mind was whirring with thoughts, and she wasn't sure whether she wanted to be upset and crying or angry and cursing. She sort of wanted both, but that would be hard to pull off.

Lyssa nearly stumbled forward when Cassie ran into her, having not noticed the Malfoy standing there as she exited the office.

"Sorry," Cassie said fuming. She wanted to go back into that office and give Snape a peice of her mind. "I freaking hate that freaking death eater fricken git." She said scowling, how dare he, He couldn't froce her to stay at Hogwearts, not after just expelling Lyssa. He just couldn;t. "I can't fucking belive him." She snarled.

"It's fine..." Lyssa muttered, walking forward a bit so Cassie wasn't left stuck standing on the stairs. She sort of half-ignored the other stuff Cassie said, momentarily distracted by her thoughts again. She was actually taking this a lot better than expected.

Cassie shook her head. "It's not just that he expe;lled you. It's that he's forbidden me from leaving with you." She growled and flicked her hair behind her ear. "He put some spell on me or another." The girl scowled.

That got Lyssa's attention. "He did what?! Is that even possible?" she asked, looking totally caught off guard, as she had never even wondered if there was a spell for that kind of thing.

"I have no idea," She said grumpily. "But it's pissing me off." Then she sighed. "He's gonna regret it, cause now I don't carw if I get expelled, I actually want to." She smiled grimly. "He should know by now not to enfuriate me when I don't care what happens to myself, I was only trying to restrain myself because of you."

"He most likely won't expel you for now, since he put a spell on you to keep you here in the first place. That would be a waste of time," Lyssa muttered. "And don't go and do something incredibly stupid just to test that theory. Just because I'm not going to be here, does not give you free reigns to get yourself hurt or something."

Cassie looked at her. "Yeah but at least I don't need to worry about you being hurt now." She sighed. And then smiled sadly to herself, if Snape was going to keep her at Hogwarts against her will, she wasn't going to play by his rules. He was going to see just how annoying she really could be.

Lyssa sighed. "If I got hurt it would be my own decision. And what would it matter if I did?"

Cassie sighed and the girls got to the dorm. Cassie sat on her bed as Lyssa went about packing her things up. She wanted to know what the point of keeping her at Hogwarts was. What was Snape trying to do? And anyway, she was worse then Lyssa when it came to disrupting classes.

Lyssa sighed after she finished putting everything in her trunk. "I need to find Draco and tell him what's happened," she said. "And then, I need to figure out where I'm going, since I can't very well go home..."

"He'd be in class right now." Cassie said then frowned at the question of where Lyssa was going to go. "You'd be welcome at my house if you can't think of anywhere." Cassie told her.

"Yeah he would be..." Lyssa murmured, thoughtful. Then she sighed at Cassie's suggestion. "I couldn't impose on your parents like that," she said shaking her head gently.

Cassie shrugged. "Suit yourself it's just a suggestion." Then she frowned. "You can always use my aunts old house, it's mine now cause she died last year." Then Cassie shrugged again. "I dunno, up to you."

"I might, as a last resort," Lyssa said. Then she frowned. "Class needs to get out, so I can go find Draco. I'd rather not interupt it."

"We can go wait by the door?" Cassie suggested and then made a face. "I'm just going to skip for the rest of the day."

"I suppose so..." Lyssa muttered, getting up from where she had sat down on her bed. The class was almost over anyway so the wait wouldn't be too long.

The girls went and stood by whatever class that Draco was in and waited for the bell to go. When he came out he was quite surprised to see the two girls standing there.

"Draco..." Lyssa started. "I er...I just came over here to tell you I've been expelled." She said it in that tone she used, that made it sound like she was talking about something unimportant, when really it was.

"You've been what?" Draco nearly shouted. He then glanced at Cassie. "Why aren't you leaving?" He obviously saw her lack of suitcase. "I wans't expelled," Cassie said sourly. Draco opened his mouth to say something, probably that she was a great freind for staying behind when Cassie snapped. "I can't go Draco, Snape put some spell on me orther." She made a face. "Git,"

Lyssa sighed and frowned. She was still trying to figure out some way to get out of going to Cassie's aunt's house, that was technically Cassie's but not many other options were open for her to use.

Cassie sighed. "I'm going to miss you Lyss," She said thinking that they should set off to the edge of the grounds but not wanting to.

"I'll miss you too," Lyssa said, "but I have Persephone (the poor forgotten owl) so I'll write all the time, promise."
