New RP 1 (Expelled) (yes, fail title, but it makes it obvious)

"And I'll write back," Cassie promised. "And give Snape hell." Her eyes glimered slightly.

"Don't get in /too/ much trouble," Lyssa said, "or I'll have to make an appearance and give you a lecture. Just...don't do anything /I/ wouldn't do."

Cassie smiled sadly. "I'll try not." She said thinking how likely that was. Lyssa was usaullythe one who told her which ideas really were crazy and not good ideas.

Lyssa smiled slightly, instead of smirking like she wanted to. She had just had the idea, which was very Cassie-like. It surprised her really, but she decided if she was being forced to leave, she wasn't very well going to go quietly.

Cassie sighed somewhat awkwardly. "Now what?" She asked running a hand through her hair.

Lyssa shrugged.

(fail, yes, but I haven't figured out what she's going to do yet....)

Cassie sighed. She wasn't really sure what to do, and she had a feeling that Snape would appear if Lyssa didn't leave soon but she didn't want Lyss to leave.

And sure enough, Cassie was right. Snape did show up. How he knew where they were...well that's a mystery. "Miss Malfoy, your time is up," he said.

"And so I suggest you leave the premises imeadietly." He continued. Cassie kind of just stood there, not really sure what to say or what Lyssa was going to do.

"Of course you would suggest that professor," Lyssa muttered. "It's lovely to see just how willing you are to send a seventeen year old out into the world with no place to go" Although technically she kind of had somewhere to go, that house Cassie suggested, since there was nowhere else to go that she could think of. Then she looked at Cassie. "I'll write you later, promise." And with that said, Lyssa started to leave. A few steps before reaching the stairs she stopped and turned back to Snape. "Oh, and professor, have fun fixing things back to their original colors later." In that moment, there were startled noises from the nearest classroom that had a class in session. Apparently, the students' house colors had changed. But not only had those changed, the house banners in the Great Hall, the colors in the common rooms, and the hourglasses' gems had all turned to the colors of Gryffindor house. Then, with a satisfied smirk and a laugh, Lyssa started down the stairs, wondering how long it would take for things to get back to their right colors.

(I took the idea, and expanded it. *can just imagine the looks on everyone's faces* Is Cassie completely like 0_o or something?)

Cassie laughed completly and utter startled. "Oh my god," She said with a wide grin. "That was bloody brilliiant." She looked down and even her muggle clothing had gone Gryffindor colours. The looks on both Snape and Draco's face were priceless. Draco was looking down at his uniform in disgust and Snape looked absulotly livid. People were shouting now which made it all the more funnier. Cassie could so see the looks on the other houses faces, the Gryffindors while surprised would probably find itall very amusing. Cassie hurried after Lyssa and gave her a hug before letting go and letting Lyssa continue to walk. "That," She said again. "Was bloody brilliant." Still grinning she added. "Now I can wear Gryffindor coloured muggle clothing."

"I'm bloody brilliant you mean," Lyssa said, smirking over her shoulder as Cassie as she had walked forward a little. "Wait til you see what else I did. It'll take weeks to find and fix back I'm betting. And if you're wondering, this would have happened, regardless of the current situation. It's been in place for a while."

Cassie looked at her. "What else did you do?" She asked her laughing. "The look on Snape and Draco's face was priceless."She grinned again. "Jeez Lyss I'm going to miss you." She sighed thinking about how much she really was going to miss her freind, she had missed her a lot even when they weren't talking let alone when Lyssa wasn't even on the grounds.

"You mean aside from the hidden banners that have lions on them that growl really loudly when you get within ten feet of them?" Lyssa said, still smiriking. "You will just have to wait and see, now won't you?" Then Lyssa sighed. "I'll miss you too," she muttered, her smirk slipping away.

Cassie nearly choked on her laughter. "Come on tell me." She said in half a whine wondering what on earth Lyssa could have done. What she had already done was Epic and actually better then anything the twins had done. Even though things they had done were epic this just blew it away.

"No," Lyssa said. "You'll have to wait and see, just like everyone else." Then she made an annoyed face. "I'd better be going before Snape decides to check if I'm gone or not..."

Cassie sighed. "You should. Bye Lyss I'll miss you. And I doubt any mischeif I come up with will even come close to as epic as this?" She looked down at her Gryffindor coloured muggle clothing and sat down on the buttom stair as she watched Lyssa walk out of the castle and then supposingly the grounds.

"I felt rather creative when I did all this." She made a vague hand motion. "But yeah, bye..." Then with a light sigh, Lyssa walked from the castle. Once the door was closed behind her, she turned and looked back at the school. With another sigh, she turned back around and continued walking, the full weight of what just happened completely falling down on her.

Cassie wasn't really sure how long she sat there, she felt incredibly lonely even if Lyssa had only just gone, she'd always found it harder to fight when she was the only one fighting. "Miss Evans," Cassie heard the voice of Professor McGonagall and turned around to face her. "Are you the cause of this chaos?" Cassie shook her head. "Lyssa's idea." "ANd where is Miss malfoy?" "She was expelled.." Cassie muttered softly. "And why aren't you by her side?" Professor McGonagall's voice had dropped now."I can't," Cassie said in a voice that was bareley audable. "Snape did something." Cassie's body shook and she wiped tears that were forming in her eyes. "Excuse me Professor." And Cassie walked off.

Lyssa managed to make it to the house that Cassie owned before she started crying (having previously been told how to get there, even though we failed to write it in anywhere...). She'd actually been waiting for it to happened, surprised at her calmness at the school. But now, the weight of the event was too much to bear anymore. It felt like it was all just a dream, but it wasn't.

Cassie wasn't paying attension to where she was going, she could barely see as tears were running down her face. She wanted to go and whack Snape over the head with something hard, it was all his fricken fault. Or well it was Voldemort's fault but whacking him over the head was only a good idea if you wanted to get yourself killed.

Lyssa finally managed to calm herself down enough to look around. It seemed that she had collapsed in tears in the living room. Shaking her head, she managed to stop them nearly completely, or well....at least to the point where she could see, she stood back up. This wasn't what she should be doing, crying like it was the end of the world. Instead, she had to be productive.

It was actually quite lucky for Snape that Cassie didn't encounter him, because an annoyed, upset Gryffindor was even worse then an annoyed one. Which was what Cassie was right now. She somehow made it to the common room and to the dorm, ignoring the sounds of people in the common room, though she did hear snatchets of people's conversation. That was about what Lyssa had done and guessing who was the culprit behind it.

Lyssa hadn't a clue how she could be productive though. In school, she could openly oppose the Death Eaters and Voldemort without fearing too much, but out in the real world open resistance got people killed. Ah, to hell with being productive right now, she thought to herself. Today she was just going to spend the day moping around.

"Cassie you okay?" Cassie heard, and she looked up to see Nix. "Not really," Cassie said softly. "What happened?" Cassie looked up at the girl. "Lyssa got expelled and Snape did smething or other to make sure I couldn't leave too and just..." She shrugged pulling her knee's to her cheast. "She did leave with a bang though..." "You mean it was Lyssa who turned everything Gryffindor-y?"Cassie nodded with a weak smile. "She didn't even tell me about it before she did it. Shou;d've seen the look on Snape's face..."
