New RP 1 (Expelled) (yes, fail title, but it makes it obvious)

Cassie stalked off with a sigh. Lyssa broke her heart, it was fair that Cassie punched her in the fact. It actually hurt less when it comes down to it. She leaned a gainst the wall outside of Transfiguration as that was the first class of the day. She shut her eyes and tried to calm herself down so she didn't go into transfig and kill a few people.

Draco was over by Lyssa a moment later, the girl still having not gotten up from the floor. He helped her to her feet, and handed her a napkin to put on her bleeding lip. "What did you do?" he asked, having not seen since his back had been to her, but had heard the noise from the hall reacting to Cassie punching Lyssa, so then turned around. "Nothing," Lyssa answered.

When McGonagall rounded the corner to the classroom Cassie was the only one there, most of the other students still in the hall. "I have a few of your belongings on my desk Miss Evans," Shesaid opening the door and walking in. Cassie nodded not trusting herself to speak and followed the Transfiguration Professor into the classroom. On her desk was Cassie's bag, wand and the small red heart that Cassie wasamazed McGonagall had actually found. Though it had been thrown in her classroom. Cassie put the charm in her pocket next to Lyss' locket, the clasp was broken so it xouldn't go back on her bracelet and she wasnt too sure if she wanted to wear it anyway. She slung her bag over her shoulder and then glanced at her wand wondering whether or not she really wanted it.

Breakfast ended, so everyone was headed out to their classes. Lyssa and Draco walked to Transfiguration. Lyssa's lip was still bleeding a little bit, since it had been near the end of breakfast when she'd gotten hit and it started bleeding, so she still had the napkin to it as she walked.

Cassie took one more glance at her wand sitting on the table and then turned around to take her seat. "Your wand Miss Evans?" McGonagall asked looking at her. "I don't want it." Cassie replied softly as students started to enter the classroom. "You won't be able to do the work then." "I don't care."

Lyssa and Draco entered the classroom, sitting in their normal seat. Once seated and having put her bag on the floor, Lyssa leaned her chin on one hand, the other still holding the napkin in place.

"Miss Evans," McGonagall sighed. "You can't just wollow." "I can do whatever I want to, you'd think I was crazy if I was happy. And anyway, I don't my wand, I don't want to be here. I don't want to be a witch. I just want to go home." Cassie pushed her hair out of her face looking at the Transfiguration Professor. Who looked up and then frowned. "Miss Malfoy, what happened to your lip?"

Lyssa looked up as McGonagall addressed her, taking her head off of her hand. Then she moved the napkin away so that it wouldn't muffle her voice. "Nothing happened, professor," she answered.

Cassie glanced sideways at Lyssa whose lip was bloody and swollen, Cassie never really seemed to notice how hard she could actually hit. Cassie sighed and glanced down at the table as McGonagall raised an eyebrow at Lyssa.

Lyssa frowned as McGonagall raised an eyebrow at her. "Fine, I got hit in the face, though you should've seen, as it was in the Great Hall," she said. "Although, I suppose you wouldn't mind, since it was one of your precious Gryffindors who did it."

Cassie rolled her eyes at Lyssa. "Fairly decent punch actually," She said a faint glimmer returning to her eyes.

Lyssa looked over at Cassie. "No one asked for your opinion, you stupid half-blood."

Cassie's eyes widened momenterially and before anyone could do anything Cassie thwacked the girl in the face for the second time that day. "Miss Evans!" McGonagall said as Cassie let go of Lyssa, having grabbed her before punching her in the face. "She deserved it Professor," Cassie said in her defence looking livid.

Lyssa nearly stumbled to the floor for the second time that day as Cassie let go after punching her. "I don't think I deserve to get hit for saying something that's true."

"Miss Evans," McGonagall said warningly as Cassie drew her fist back to attack Lyssa again. Cassie scowled and dropepd her fist to the ground. "Both of you, that was highly inapropiate." "You should know me well enough Professor that Im not going to stand by and be ncie when someone insults me."

"I just spoke the truth professor," Lyssa said evenly. "Nothing inappropriate about that." As she said this, Lyssa decided that she would definitely be writing her father that night.

"Miss Malfoy you know that it's insulting and Miss Evans fighting is forbidden at Hogwarts." "its the same bloody thing as whacking someone with a curse" Cassie retorted indignently. "Just without the fancy hand movement."

"Well, professor McGonagall," Lyssa said, looking directly at the older woman. "Shall we see if my father agrees?"

"Oh great idea," Cassie said. "Why don't you go run off to Daddy to get him to fight your fights for you? What are you? Three?"

Lyssa glared at Cassie. "This was never a fight. It's not even really an argument or disagreement."

"Alright both of you settle down, I have a class to teach." McGonagall said The rest of the class went without a bump apart from the fact that Cassie didn't do the spellwork as she refused to pick up her wand. So to McGonagall's dispair the girl drew in her notebook, McGonagall let her be though as she didn't want another arguement urupting in her classroom.

Later, after classes, Lyssa worked on her letter to Lucius. Once she was finished with it, she got up to leave the common room, thinking of how much longer the trek to the owlery would be now. She walked up several sets of stairs, until the stair case just before getting to the seventh floor (since that's convenient). There she tripped on the stair and fell forward, smacking her head on one of the stairs and going unconscious.

Cassie poked at her toast the next morning, she wasn't that hungry, though she supposed she should eat becauseshe hadn't been eating a lot lately.The Gryffindor girl sighed and then frowned as she overheard whatafew of her housemates were saying. Somehing about Lyssa hitting her head.

The first thing that Lyssa was aware of was that she had a massive headache. The second thing was that the light wherever she was wasn't making it any better. She opened her eyes just a little and looked around. She noticed a blurry person in the chair next to where she was laying. "Draco?" The person stirred and said, "Oh, you're awake!" The blurriness cleared some and Lyssa looked around. "What happened?" Draco frowned. "You fell down and hit your head on something on the way to send a letter to father, remember?" Lyssa shook her head, wincing as it hurt. "No, I don't. And why would I be writing to Lucius?" Draco raised his eyebrow at her. "Because you have been lately. Ever since you got back." Lyssa blinked at him. "Back from where? And why isn't Cassie here too? Draco, what's going on?"

Draco's eyebrow shut furthur up. "You know, after you were expelled you somehow came back. And then you were acting all Malfoy-ish." Lyssa looked as if she had no idea. "You and Evans fought." He said with a frown wondering why Lyssa did not remember a thing.
