Some Things Are Easier Said Then Done

Lyssa's eyes narrowed. "I'm not going anywhere, and you can't bloody make me if I don't want to," she said, tone coming out irritated.

"Lyssa," Cassie said softly. "You should go, you need to get better." She didn't really want Lyssa to go but she wanted her to get better.

"I'm fine," Lyssa snapped at Cassie. "I don't need to go anywhere!"

Cassie raised an eyebrow at her. "Lyssa," She said. "You're attitude just changed in those few momens." She pointed out. "I, while I don't want you too, think tha you need to go."

Lyssa frowned for a moment. Then she looked down. "You're right," she muttered. "But, I'm scared at what's going to happen."

"It'll work out in the end," Cassie said drawing her friend into a hug. She without looking at her. "I'll come with you and Im notgoing to leave until your leaving too."

Lyssa smiled weakly. "Thanks," she said softly, "but you shouldn't be missing classes for me. I'm not worth that much."

"Classes can deal," Cassie said. "I'm going with you."

Lyssa just gave her a small smile again. "If you're going to insist on it," she said, "then I can't stop you, although, that doesn't mean I have to like it. I honestly think you should stay here. I'm a little scared of this, I'll admit, but I can also deal with it. As much as I want you to come, you don't need to. And anyway, since I'm underage, my parents are probably going to show up. And I know you don't like them."

Cassie shrugged at her. "As uch as I don't like your parents I'm still going. I want to come, unless you don't want me to then." She shrugged again. The next ten minutes proceded of Cassie having a fit at McGOnagall who did not wish for her to go with Lyssa. She won in the end by saying Gryffindors stick with their freinds or something like that.

A little while after that, the two young teenagers found themselves standing in the hospital, along with McGonagall, who was apparently overseeing the whole affair. It only made sense, as both Lyssa and Cassie were in her house. Lyssa positioned herself very close to Cassie, looking around apprehesively.

Cassie did not like hospitals, they gave her a bad feeling but she held Lyssa;s hand reassuringly as McGonagall led them into the hospital and began talking with the lady behind the desk. Cassie glanced around the hospital, she had never been in a wizarding hospital before. A muggle one a few times but not a wizarding one.

McGonagall came back over to the girls a moment later. She told them what the lady behind the desk had said (something about a floor that most people didn't know existed and how they had to go there and speak with someone to get anything done at all, stupid rules). And so then, the group set off to the floor, Lyssa thinking that she should have just kept her mouth shut with each step she took.

The tqo girls followed McGonagall to wherever they were going. Cassie still holding Lyssa's arm reasuringly and not caring if it seemed weird. they got to the floor that it was and after McGonagall and some healer talking they entered.

Lyssa was incredibly glad that she hadn't made Cassie stay at Hogwarts. If she had, then there was no doubt Lyssa would be twice as nervous as she actually was at the moment. Once on the floor, they were instructed to go to a room, and told that the Head Healer of the floor would be in shortly to do an examination of Lyssa to get their assessment on the situation and then decide where to go from there.

McGonagall followed them to the room, Cassie sat down on a chair next to the bed things and curled her feet up underneath her. McGonagall sat down on a chair on the other side of the room.

Lyssa moved over next to where Cassie had taken up a chair, refusing to be too far from her best friend. It helped her to calm down some. After a few minutes there was a knock on the door and the Head person walked in the room.

The healer set about examining Lyssa and when he had gotten the infomation that he needed he left the room leaving Cassie, Lyssa and McGonagall there. Cassie absentmindedly wondered what McGonagall was going to do, because she needed to go back to Hogwarts and teach didn't she?

Lyssa was quiet, wishing that someone would talk. This slience was giving her too much free reign to think about things, and she didn't really want to do that right now. She sighed and ran a hand through her hair, biting her bottom lip.

"I don't like quiet," Cassie said softly into the silence, the silence was making her edgy. She never fared well when it was silent. She much prefered noise, it was easier to do things when it was already noisey because then you weren't worrying about being overheard or something like that.

Lyssa nodded at her. "I don't like it either," she said. "Gives people time to think."

"So," Cassie said. "We need to do something...but there's not really a lot we can do in a hospital." She sighed and frowned. Hospitals never really had anyhing to do, it was a wonder people didn't go mad.

Lyssa shrugged. "I'm up for anything right about now, but I don't really think we should leave the room, in case the healer comes back soon..." she muttered, looking down at her feet and thinking she didn't want him to ever come back.

"Ermm.." Cassie said thinking. "Card game? Board game? I dunno." She shrugged spouting the first things that popped into her mind.

Lyssa rolled her eyes. "Cass," she said, "we don't have any of those things with us. And unless, professor McGonagall summons some, then we won't be getting them either."
