Revenge is Sweeter Than You Ever Were

"To not say what again?" Lyssa asked Cassie playing it dumb. "Oh, you mean not to say Mudlbood again don't you? Oh, well damn. I think I just did." Draco put a hand on Lyssa's arm. "Lyss, don't bait them. Gryffindors aren't known for thinking things through and right now they look about ready to kill you."

Justin looked at Patrick. "C'mon Pat, she's not really a girl. She's a Slytherin. That makes things different."

Jaclyn sighed. Lyssa sometimes really needed to learn when was the right time to shut up and when she could talk.

Pat looked at Justin. "You do have a point.." He said, he wanted to hit the girl. But unless he got really pissed off he didn't. Yes, he was pissed off but not quite at the really pissed off stage.

Lyssa frowned at Draco. "But baiting Gryffindors is so much fun. Look how lovely their reactions are!" She motioned over the quite angry group of Gryffindors. "And to think, all it took was one little word. I wonder what other word that don't like....Maybe calling people blood traitors...nah not nearly bad enough, but maybe saying Muggles are filth and lesser beings....that would probably set them off." And all through her pondering she knew they could easily hear her.

"Oh screw this," Cassie said taking a step forward, she whacked her fist into Lyssa's face and then grabbed her pushing her into the wall behind her. And not softly either. "We may according to you be lesser beings, but we're lesser beings who have a very hard hit." She snarled at her letting go of her arm and taking a step back.

"And you think we're the mean ones," Jaclyn muttered under her breath, walking over to Lyssa and looking at Evans warily. She didn't really fancy getting smashed into wall.

Lyssa gritted her teeth once Cassie had stepped away, trying not to show that what had just happened had hurt, even though it bloody well had, quite a bit in fact. She slowly slid down the wall and upon reaching the floor, felt at her lip which was throbbing to see if it was split. It was, which made Lyssa frown.

"You all are the mean ones," Tiffany said to Jaclyn's muttered comment. "You're the ones going around provoking people and calling names and all of those things. If that's not mean I don't know what is. We just stick up for ourselves better, because we aren't afraid to get hurt in the process. You just go and hide behind your pathetic looking little stick that'll snap in a quick."

Jaclyn threw the group of Gryffindors a dark look. "Least we're not constantly in trouble or detentions, how many house points did the lot of you lose in the last week anyway?" She raised a eyebrow.

"That's irrelevant," Tiffany replied. "The point is we aren't useless like you lot all are." This made Lyssa scowl. "I'm not useless, you stupid Gryffindor." Tiffany raised an eyebrow at her. "Oh yeah? Prove it then. Do something useful, and don't use your wand to accomplish it." "Like what?"

"If you were useful you'd be able to do it without asking us for help." Cassie said smiling slightly. "This is ridiclous," Jaclyn said with an eyeroll. "Why don't you lot stop being nuesences and do something useful? You might be able to keep yourselves out of trouble for a change."

"I'm not asking for help," Lyssa said defensively. "I'm asking for an idea of what you people think of as something useful. Although I draw the line at hitting people." She pushed herself up from where she was still sitting on the floor, and looking at the Gryffies.

"It's easier then twirling a peice of wood and harder to block," Cassie said with a shrug. "It's the same as using magic but gives the other more of a chance at fighting back. As both muggles and wizards can if they wanted to, fight."

"Don't really care. Controlling people is fun," Lyssa said.

"Because you're too chicken to do what you want to do yourself," Cassie said. "You rely on a peice of wood and other people and what would happen if you found yourself alone and without your wand? You'd be helpless."

Lyssa shrugged. "I like my 'stick of wood', "she said, "because then I can do this." Then she took it out and flicked it at one of the Gryffies, who then started to sprout feathers.

Drew swore, rather loudly. "What the heck?" He exclaimed looking started. Cassie's eyes narrowed. "Reverse it," She snarled at the girl. Jaclyn looked warily at Evans though smiled at the Gryffindor who was now covered in feathers. "Lot of use you're muggle fighting is now ey?" She asked smirking.

"I'm not going to reverse it," Lyssa said. "Find some Muggle way to do it, since you're so big on not using magic for things." She rested a hand on her hip and looked at Cassie, eyebrow raised. "Or can't you do it?"

"I can use muggle ways to force you to reverse it," Cassie said darkly."So Id advise you to do so, unless you want things to get messy."

Lyssa smirked at the challenge. "Try me," she said. "I'm actually tougher than I look you know."

"Oh really?" Cassie asked raising an eyebrow at looking in disbelief at the girl. There was no way that Cassie believed that, not for a second. Sure she could be nifty with a wand, but take away that and she wasn't that competent at defending herself. if she was, she wouldn't have allowed Cassie to bash her into the wall earlier.

Cassie took a step forward, grabbing Lyssa's arm, before the girl had a chance to pull it back. Cassie took a step sideways so she was semi behind the girl and twisted it. She gently, well not gently but genteler then she could have, pushed her into the wall. She half leaned on Malfoy with the arm that was holding her wrist, pushng her harder into the wall.

"Take the spell off," She snarled into Malfoy's ear, knowing the position the girl was in could not be comfortable.

Lyssa gritted her teeth, but otherwise did not show a reaction to being pushed into a wall for the second time in the last like ten minutes. It was quite uncomfortable, and so was the hold on her arm. "Get off," she hissed back, looking out of the corner of her eye, since that was easier than trying to look behind her.

"No," Cassie replied. "I'm sticking up for my freinds, which you supposed freinds don't seem to be doing to do." Cassie shrugged lightly, still holding firmly onto Lyssa. "Reverse the spell on him, now."

Draco scoffed as Cassie's words about not helping. "I would help her, as she's my sister, but there's the risk of setting off the other five of you. I care about myself more," he said. Lyssa frowned over her shoulder at him. "Wuss, just let me get all roughed up on my own." Then she addressed Cassie. "Well, Evans," she said, "let me point something out to you now that Draco's shut up. I couldn't reverse the spell even if I wanted to. Can't do much of anything pushed up against a wall after all." She was inwardly hoping that maybe this would at least convince Cassie to let her off the wall. When Cassie didn't move though, Lyssa scowled. So, instead, she tried to wiggle out of the other girl's grip, although that just succeeded in hurting and getting her nowhere. Her arm was starting to tingle from being held behind her. "Get. Off."

Cassie was somewhat amused at Lyssa's fail attemp to get herself free. That, She thought. Is why knowing how to fight like a muggle is a good idea, cause you can do something when you can't get to your wand. "I'll let you go if you say you'll reverse it, and then do reverse it."

Lyssa debated for a moment and decided that prolonging her discomfort wasn't worth more than reversing the spell. "Fine," she ground out through gritted teeth. "Now let go, my arm is losing circulation I think."

Cassie released Lyssa's arm, watching her for a moment. "Reverse it," She said to the girl.

Lyssa turned the Gryffindor that was covered in feathers and raised her wand. She waved it and soon the feathers began to recede and disappear. "There," she said. "Happy now?"
