Just a day like any.

"What?" Demi asked him with a frown. "What on earth are you saying?"

Drew sighed. "You need me to copy your homework from."

"Ohhh," Demi said. "Yeah that's true," She grinned. "Pity, cause you'd be so dead if I didn't."

Drew shook his head. "I doubt it. You would keep me around as a source of amusement. I know how sadistic you are." He winked.

She poked out her tongue. "Meanie. Watch it Drew," She said with a grin. "Or you may find yourself as the victim in my next grand idea."

Drew groaned. "Oh dear. What are you up to this time, Demi?"

Demi grinned wickedly at him. "I wouldn't want to ruin the suprise for you, would I Andrew dear? You'll just have to wait and see."

Drew sighed. "Why do I have to wait? You know I'm going to get blamed, just as you are, and I might as well know what you are getting us into. I might even help you, you know. A kid has to get in trouble on his own right every once in a while."

"Buuuuut, it's so much funner when you don't know what's going on," She moaned at him. "And besides, I haven't really thought about it ye- Wait!" She stopped suddenly. "What class do we have next?" She asked her eyes brightening with the idea that had popped into her mind.

Drew was frightened now. "Flitwick's class. Why?"

Demi grinned. "Awesome!" She exlclaimed. "I have something to do," She said hopping from foot to foot. "I'll see you there!" And with that she raced off in the direction that they had just come from.

Drew was really, really frightened now.

Demi skidded into Charms right before the bell rang. "Hey," She said breathlessly to Drew sitting down next to him dropping her bag onto the ground. "Charms, great class isn't it?" She said with a cheeky smile.

"Demi, what are you up to? I know you're up to something."

Demi grinned at him. "Ohh, you'll see in," She paused to think. "About, fifteen minutes? Maybe more, maybe less." She shrugged. "Something like that."

Drew groaned. "Don't you dare try to rope me in, whatever it is. I knew nothing."

Demi grinned. "Oh I won't," She said. "The teacher might though." She looked at him. "It's not my fault if the teacher decides that you had something to do with it."

Drew groaned. "I am NOT getting stuck in another one of your detention jailbreak plots, Demi."

Demi's eyes widened innocently. "Who said anything about jailbreak plots?" She asked tilting her head to the side.

Drew stared at Demi, his face unreadable. "I know you better than that, missy. Don't try to play innocent."

Demi grinned at him. "I'm not playing," She told him. "I am, people for some, obscure reason I will never know. Seem to blame me when things go wrong." She cocked her head to the side. "Isn't that bizarre?"

Drew stared at her. "Not at all."

She poked her tongue out at him. "You people are so mean," She said with mock woe.

Drew stuck his tongue out in response. "Of course we are!"

She pouted at him. "And just for that, you're getting dragged in." She crossed her arms over her chest and leaned back in her chair.
