"Oh I am, and anyway he asked to see you and I said yes as I'm not an evil Death Eater." I said glancing up from my book as Draco walked out of the room. I wondered what they had said as they talked in that annoyingway that no-one elseapart from them understood. It used to make me jelous when I was younger, that Draco had a way to talk to Lyss that no-one else could, but I got over it.

"Well of course you're not," I snapped angrily. "Or else this stupid bloody situation wouldn't even exist!" I glared at her again. "I really should have just let you die frrom starvation or something. I shouldn't have bother with making sure you stayed alive. It would be saving me so much annoyance right now!"

I bit my lip trying not to cry. "Thats all you freaking think about isnt it? You. Do you want to be a bloody murderer? How would you like to have that on your concious? Enough people die in this bloody war without your freaking help." I stood up and stormed out of the room slamming and locking the door behind me.

"Being a murderer would be a better choice than being stuck in this stupid fucking chair and having to put up with you!" I snarled. I gave the most hateful look I had ever managed and watched impassively as she stormed from the room. I didn't care. Not anymore.

I sat down outside the door and put my head in my arms. What the bloody hell was going through her effing mind? She was seriosuly metal. I stood up and punched the wall, which all in all wasnt exactly smart but I was angry and punching things actaully got rid of some annoyance even if it did leave me with a throbbing fist later.

Merlin! I don't remember the last time I was so angry and annoyed and murderous all at the same time. Hell, I've never been as furious as I was now. She probably didn't even know, but by bringing Draco with her she had probably just lost me my brother forever, with that look on his face before he had left; I had never seen him with that look except when something he hated was brought up in some way. And that was just...just....UGH! I pulled on the binds keeping me in the chair in my anger. Then I just slumped the best I could and looked forlorn at a random corner of the room.

I gave the room a wide birth for the next few days, I was still extramly angry, sad and confused all in one. Right now I didn't bloody care how Lyssa was doing she could go to hell for all I cared. I walked past the door one day and made a face, below unlocking it then going in. I sat down on my chair at the side of the room wondering if Lyssa had even noticed I was in the room. "Wocher."

I was well aware that she had come in the room. It's not like anyone else would. "You always talked on and on," I said to her softly, not looking at her, "about how evil I was. What the hell was this then? It just proves you're no better. But then I suppose your were too weak to handle it. I looked at her with a weak glare. "After this many days you couldn't even lift your head could you?"

I scowled and felt like hitting her on the head with soemthing, with something hard. "I'm not bloody evil," I snapped, I was really just about to lose it and do something drastic. "You know me, I have anger problems sometimes, I'd probably nearly kill you with a chair if I came into before I had calmed down." I sighed and moved the book out from under me. "I dont want to freaking starve you, I'm not a heartless git, but the way you are talking is making it seem that you are doing quite well without food." I bit my tounge the walked out of the room.

"Then stop doing it! If you don't want me to start equating you with someone who really is evil every time you fucking walk in then don't give me a reason to. I am not 'doing well' as you so put it," I said as she walked away.

I ignored her as I walked out of the room, I sighed running a hand through my hair then turned to walk down to the kitchens. I ate a sandwhich quickly then took another one (magically wrapping it up)walking back up to the room. When I walked in, I locked the door behind me, flicked my wand to unbind her then chucked her the sandwhich. Without a word. Then went and sat down on my chair. As much as she didn't deserve to, I wasn't going to sink down to her freaking level of idiocy and evilness. It wasn't me.

After catching the sandwhich flying at me I very nearly said, "You do remember what happened the last time you unbound me don't you?" but stopped myself. Instead I just unwrapped the sandwhich, suddenly aware that I was really hungry.

She couldn't really do anything except to try and attack me with Muggle means which I pretty much doubted. I yawned slightly, I was tired but falling asleep would really be a stupid idea as I had my wand on me and Lyssa could move about the room.

After I was finished I looked at her. Figuring it was a good time to, I messily pulled my hair up with the tie that was always on my wrist, tired of it being down and around my face. The silence in the room was stifling, but I wasn't going to break it. I had dealt with it for days before anyway.

I sighed watching her for a little bit then wondering what was going to happen, she couldn't spend the rest of her life in an abondoned classroom. I heard a sharp rap at the door and I frowned wondering who it was. "WHos there?" I asked. it turned out to be professor McGonagall. I glanced sideways at Lyssa and unlocked the door locking it right after she was in. She raised an eyebrow at Lyssa. I shrugged. "It's hard to eat when your stuck in a chair."

I was sitting crossed legged in my chair, absent mindely twirling a piece of hair that had escaped the hair tie around my finger, wondering how long this would last when there was a knock on the door. I wasn't paying attention when Cassie asked who it was and so I was a tad surprised to see Professor McGonagall. "Professor, what exactly are you doing here? No one else ever comes in," I said, tilting my head to the side and keeping my voice a neutral curious tone. I had always respected her, no matter what.

I also wondered why Professsor McGonagall was here, I wondered what had happened since I'd talked to her this morning. "I have good and bad news in itself." She said to me not even looking at Lyssa as if she wasn't worth her time. "Yeah...?" I asked uncerntenly. "Miss Malfoy here, has been called to take a trial in front of the Wizengamont." My eyes widened. That was good and bad news in itself. "When?" "Two days from now."

I blinked for a second, letting the impact of the words settled in just a bit. "I...no...I have to what?!" I said, ending up shouting the last bit and standing up. "There's no fucking way!" I stared, eyes going back and forth between the two of them.

"You don't have a choice Miss Malfoy," Professor McGonagall said glancing at Lyssa. "Shit." I muttered sitting down, I turned my gaze to Lyssa, who would have thought she'd turn out like this, and have to go in front of the wizengamont becaue of it. I run a hand through my hair.

I fell back into the chair I had just stood from, staring across the room at nothing. My thoughts were now a jumbled mess and I couldn't form a thought to voice, because it would have just been a bunch of incoherency. I have never in a million years...Dammit! Then quite suddenly I was on my feet again, punching the wall nearest me. "Fuck!" I hissed mostly to myself, whether it was from the now painfulness of my knuckles, or for the predicament I had gotten myself in. Slowly, I slid to the floor, and pulled my knees up to my chest, cradle my hurt hand near me.

I just stood there watching Lyssa completly breakdown, Professor McGonagall smiled sadly at me then left the room, I locked it after her running my hand through my hair again. I wasn't sure exactly what to say. I frowned and bit my lip. "Are you alright?" I asked tentivly even though I already knew the answer but I had nothing else to say.

"What do you think?" I asked, not even feeling up to snapping like I normally would have. I just sat there on the floor, frowning and looking off. "We both know this is only a formality on their parts and that I'm going to end up in Azkaban no matter what happens. No one in their right mind would be alright after realizing that."

"You did sort of bring it on yourself." I muttered refraining for adding. I did warn you onto the end of it, that probably wouldn't have gone down to well. "Maybe we can hoodwink the eintire Ministy to let you go?" I said with a slight smile. "Or blame it on Imperio?" I sighed and sat down on the floor next to her.

"Yeah," I muttered looking down. "I did. But there's nothing to be done about it. They'd never buy anything I or anyone else tried, and no one else is going to try anything anyways." I sighed and ran a hand across my eyes as I felt them sting for a second.

I sighed slightly. I didn't want Lyssa to go to Askaban, but there wasn't really anything I could do to stop it. "Maybe we can blame it on an annoying git in Slytherin saying he used Ployjuice." I frowned. "Stupid Ministry,"
