Where The Feeling is Criminal

Taylor sidestepped an old lady, nearly knocking into her and knocking her into the ground. She had to be careful, she didn't have the time to stop and help people. Keeping her eyes on two death eaters ahead of her she darted around the people. The two she was following were known Death Eaters and she was following them to see if she could find any information out that she could relay back to the Order of the phoenix.

Kalani walked leisurely down a street, talking to Kaylie in a hushed voice. Out of the corner of her eyes, Lani saw a person darting around in the crowds of the alley. The girl didn't look like she was taking much effort in concealing what she was doing, rather that she was more focused on her task. "Hm," she muttered to herself, deciding to watch out for her, just in case.

Sometime later Taylor lost site of the Death Eaters. She frowned slightly, her eyes darting through the crowd trying to pick them up again. She would have rathered if the Order hadn't amde her try and tril someone, Taylor knew she was no good at that and now she'd gone and lost who she was meant to be trailing. Taylor frowned again pushing her hair out of her face.

Lani had watched the suspiciously acting girl for a while, and had concluded that she was definitely following them. "Seems we have a tag-along," she said to Kaylie, "wanna see what she wants?" Kaylie nodded, and the two disappeared from the girl's sight, only to show up again behind her. Lani cleared her throat. "Excuse me," she said in the politest voice she could. "But you seem to be a little lost. Care to tell me why you're following us?"

Taylor jumped slightly and turned around to see the two people she was following to be standing right behind her. "I'm just waiting till my dad finishes his buisness in the bank." Taylor said, if one thing she was fairly quick at coming up with things. "And time passes faster if you're doing something so I decided to try and see if I could follow someone." Taylor shrugged slightly, she was still fairly young so slightly childish things like that wouldn't seem too off.

Lani looked at the girl once she turned around, recognizing her from school. She let out a small laugh. "Nice try that one," she said. "Too bad I went to school with you and in fact, I was in your year and house. Now what's the real reason?"

"That is the real reason," Taylor said looking at the other girl, she did in fact remember her. The girls hadn't known each other well but they had been in the same year and house. Taylor inwardly cursed her luck, she would know a little bit about her. And that little bit might unravel it all.

Lani tilted her head to the side, thoughtful. "I don't think it is. Firstly, your around 20 years old, and no good self-respecting person waits around for their parents at that age. Secondly, your parents are dead."

"Firstly," Taylor said though she knew she was stuffed now. "Maybe I'm just odd, I would be waiting for my dad if he was here and was alive." Taylor inwardly cursed whoever had put her on this mission. She also wished she'd recognized the name so knew that the girl might know her if she came to a sticky spot. Taylor looked at her. "But that is beside the point, adding that just makes it sound less weird then "I was bored, my shop is closed and I wanted to try my hand at ghosting." Now doesn't it?"

Lani frowned. "Look here," she said, "I don't believe you. Not one tiny bit. So this is how we're going to do things. There's the hard way and there's the easy way. Either I make you tell me, or you tell me willingly."

"Alright then," Taylor said a smile on her face. "Hypotheticaly speaking, what do you think I would be doing? From the way you are acting you're obviously up to no good." Taylor twirled a lock of her hair around her finger for a moment before dropping her hand. "Which makes me curious in fact now that you've brought me into this. What are you trying to hide?"

Lani frowned. "What makes you think I'm up to no good?" she asked. "Maybe I'm just the type of person that doesn't like people following them." Lani tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear and raised her eyebrow.

"Because you are asking an awful lot of questions. You came up behind me intent on startling me, Instead of just turning around and asking. Your intent on the fact that I must be lying because I must be up to something just because I was having some fun following you. If you were up to nothing you wouldn't be making such a big deal out of all of it." It was quiet for a few moments. "Are you done asking questions now? I do have things I need to go do."

Lani's eyebtow raised more. "What things to do? Your shop is closed, you're not waiting for anyone. In fact, I was under the impression that you had nothing whatsoever to do and was following us for fun."

Nervousness flitted across Taylor's face for a moment and she was forced to think fast, hoping that Lani hadn't noticed the nervousness. "I do have two four year olds I need to look after." She said thinking of Colin and Ami.

"And unless your completely irresponsible, you wouldn't have left them alone now, so I have no doubts that you have someone looking after them for you right now," Lani said, catching a glimpse as some nervousness filtted across the girl's face. "Now, I'll give you one more chance at doing this the easy way, before I do it the hard way."

Taylor knew she was stuffed now. "Alright," She said pushing her hair out of her eyes again. "You have fun doing it the hard way." Though Taylor was a little bit nervous about what she could and would do. She was a Death Eater.

Lani smirked. "The hard way can be quite fun, actually, from some perspectives," she said.
"Unfortunately, it's not suited for a crowded place, so you'll be coming with us." Then she took at hold of the girl's arm and apparated away.

Taylor tried to pull her arm out of Lani's grip but failed. She had quite a hard hold. "Well that was fun," She said once she stopped spinning. Taylor didn't really like apperating it made her feel slightly dizzy. She tried to pull her arm out of the other girls again.

Lani looked at Taylor for a moment, thinking and observing. "You seem nervous, " she finally said. "What reason do you have to be nervous around us? We haven't done anything to you. Unless, you think we will. Or perhaps, you're hiding something?"

"What reason do I have to be nervous around you? You just apperated me someplace that I have no idea where the hell it is and you're not letting go of my arm. I can be nervous if I want to be."

Lani looked at her. "It goes deeper than that I think. You have a reason more than just that to be nervous about, I think. Such as the reason you following us, because I don't believe for a second that it was just for fun. You looked almost panicked when you lost sight of us, meaning you were supposed to be following us. But what reason would you have to do that?"

"I think I'll let you figure that out for yourself," Taylor said, her hand was standing to feel odd as Lani was still holding rather tightly onto her arm. Taylor wished she was slightly stronger, so she could pull her arm out but alas she wasn't.

Lani was quiet for a moment, thinking. She looked over at Kaylie who had been quiet. The other girl nodded. "I think," Lani said slowly and deliberately, "that you are working for the Order of the Phoenix. What other reason would you have to follow us after all."

Anxiousness flitted across Taylor's face for another moment before she replaced it with confusion. "Order of the Phoenix?" She asked though her tone wavered slightly. She inwardly cursed again
