Where The Feeling is Criminal

"Taylor, just say a name. I don't bloody care if it's the most obvious name in the world. Just say something, so I can stop," Lani said, looking at her.

"Dumbledore?" Taylor suggested weakly, which really was the most obvious name in the world.

Lani nodded at the girl. "Yes, Dumbledore. Everyone to the moon and back has to know that he's the main Order guy. But you've given me 'information', so now I can stop. For now anyway...Until Voldemort gets fed up with you again, and makes me get more."

Taylor didn't say anything, she was still shaking and crying. She wasn't the strongest person, nor the best with pain. She was tired and sore and just wanted to get out of there and get home

Lani left the room a moment later, going down the stairs to where Voldemort was waiting to hear her results. She told him what had happened. He wasn't pleased. He then told her to go back in the room, and not to leave until she had something useful to tell him.

Lani wasn't gone very long from the room before she came back, by then though Taylor had stopped shaking and crying, though she still felt like complete and utter crap. Her legs were still acheing from the spell over and so she did her best not to move.

"Apparently, he was already fed up..." Lani muttered. "And now, you're stuck with me til I get something useful." She sighed and frowned.

Taylor looked at her as Lani reentered the room, not saying anything. Getting beat up didn't make her want to speak anymore then she had. It actually did the complete oposite.

Lani looked over at Taylor, who looked beyond miserable. It actually hurt her to see another person hurting, but she had her own life to look out for as well. Lani sighed again.

Taylor graoned slightly as she moved her leg and pain shot up through it.

Lani winced at the sound. "I'm sorry about that you know," she muttered, so low she wasn't sure Taylor heard her.

The rest of the day passed without anything happening, though Taylor barely got to sleep that night from the pain in her legs. Lani stayed in the room so Taylor supposed that she had been ordered to unless she had something useful to report back.

As it got later, Lani conjured herself a couch/bed thing to sleep on. She sincerely hoped that Voldemort hadn't meant she had to stay in the room for an extended period of time. She needed to get home and take her vitamins in the morning.

In the end Taylor only got like two hours of sleep before she was woken up by a nightmare. Which mirrored the image that the illusion had shown her the day before.

Lani woke up the next morning, yawning. she stretched and got up from the couch/bed. Then she walked over to door, needing to get home. As she touched the handle her arm burned. She pulled it back, eyes going wide. Apparently, while she was sleeping, Voldemort or one of the Death Eaters had put a Charm on the door that wuoldn't let her open it without pain, until she got information.

She tried to get back to sleep, despite the dream, she wanted to back into the world of dreams. Or at least out of her current position. She was now tired amounst many other things. None of which were pleasent.

Lani sighed and sat back on the couch/bed. Today was going to be a long day, she was sure of it.

sometime later some person or other opened the door and put food inside before he/she/it left the room.

Lani looked at the food, before picking it up and walking to Taylor's side of the room. She divided it up and put Taylor's half next to her before walking to her couch/bed again.

Taylor gave up on trying to fall back asleep and adjusted herself so she was sitting up. She looked at the foot and picked a bit off putting it into her mouth. Although she was hungry she was also feeling a little sick and not up to eating.

Lani curled up on her thing, and nibbled at her food. She had never been a fast eater, never would be.

"I want to go home," Taylor said in a small voice feeling more like a child then she had in years. It reminded her of when she was younger and her parents dragged her off to something or other and she just continued whining about wanting to be home.

"I know you do, but unless you can guarantee that I'm not going to die if I let you, you can't, because I don't plan on dying any time soon."

"The order could hide you?" Taylor suggested weakly. She hadno idea if they would but it was the only thing shecould think of.

"Ha!" Lani let out a sharp laugh. "Like they would. They'd sooner lock me up and interogate me, than hide me."
