Where The Feeling is Criminal

Taylor raised an eyebrow at her. She was not going to say a word. And besides, she didn't trust her on the fact about the twins. Like she would. If she could move, she would have crossed her arms at her.

Lani sighed. "I bet your legs hurt by now..." She flicked her wand to unfreeze Taylor, but made it to where she couldn't go passed a certain point in the room, keeping her stuck in the back of it. Lani stayed at the front.

Taylor's eyes narrowed and despite how she didn't want to. She sat down. Her legs were killing her. She didn't want to sit down as that would put her in a more vunerable position.

Lani watched as Taylor sat down. Then she reached in her jeans' pocket and pulled out a folded piece of paper. "Here," she said tossing it to the other girl. "Proof of the safety of your siblings."

Taylor read the letter with a slight frown, so at least she knew the twins were safe. If this letter was actually from the Order and not just a fraud. Though, she was hoping that the Order had seen through the letter that Lani had sent pretending to be her. She frowned again.

"Now," Lani said, "I want to be doing about as much as you want to be here, so just cooperate, I'll mind your memory, and then you can be on your merry little way, okay?" Although, she knew that it was probably unlikely.

"And I believe you," Taylor said looking at the girl. She frowned and rubbed her hands over her ankles, which were still hurting despite the fact that she was sitting down. Standing up for long lengths of time didn't suit her. Not in the slightest.

Lani made a thoughtful noise. "You're right in not trusting me, in most cases. But, in this one you should. I'm sure you want to get home as soon as you possibly can. Not cooperating just prolongs things, and may actually make it where you never get home."

"What makes you think I know anything anyway? I'm still young, they aren't going to tell me anything that I could have accidently let slip."

"Because they trusted you to follow Death Eaters around. They wouldn't just let anyone do that. Death Eaters are dangerous."

"I never noticed that," Taylor said sarcasticly, pushing her hair out of her face.

"This is getting nowhere fast," Lani muttered. "I have better things I could be doing with my time. I'll be back tomorrow. Be ready to talk then, or be prepared to face the consequences of keeping quiet." With the said, she walked out the door, locking it behind her.

Taylor very childishly poked her tongue at her as the girl walked out of the room. But she had never held the pretence of being mature anyway.

Lani left, once again going to her flat. It was around dinner time and she was hungry.

Taylor sighed, running a hand through her hair. She was hungry having not actually eaten since breakfast, She ignored the feeling in her stomache, or tried to at least. Pulling her knees into her chest and rested her head on top of them.

Lani ate herself some dinner, and did some other stuff before going to bed. The next morning she woke up and fixed herself some breakfast, before leaving again to go back to Riddle Manor. She walked in the room where Taylor was, noticing the girl was awake. "Here," she said, tossing something across the barrier that still spanned the room. "Breakfast."

Taylor was not feeling faboulous, she was hungry, sore, and tired. Having not slept very well. She caught what Lani threw at her and after eyeing it warily for a moment she bit into the edge. She looked at Lani warily wondering what was going to happen next.

Lani sat cross-legged on the floor across from Taylor. "So, how are we going to do this today?" she asked. "The easy way where I ask you something and you tell me, or am I going to have to pull out the stops and force you to talk?"

Taylor looked at her with a slight frown. She was not going to say anything, she wasn't going to betray the Order. Despite what might happen to her, she wasn't going to.

Lani sighed. "I was hoping not to have to do it this way," she said. "I don't particularly enjoy hurting people most days. But you're giving me no choice in that matter. I'd rather not have to hurt someone I went to school with." She stood up from where she'd sat down. "I'll give you one more chance. Think on it." Then she walked back out.

Taylor couldnt help but roll her eyes. Lani just kept giving her chances, saying that next time yadada. Though the next time she just said the same thing before walking out of the room. Though Taylor wondered how long that would last. She was intent on not telling the Death Eaters a thing.

Lani walked through the house for a few minutes, before finally leaving. She was going pay her parents a visit today. She hadn't talked to them in a while anyway.

Taylor was still feeling like crap. She yawned leaning back on the wall, tired enough to sleep but not comfortable enough to fall asleep. THough after some tme she dosed off iinto an uneasy sleep.

Lani would have gone back later that day. Really she would have, but she suddenly found herself busy. And for two days after that. Although, while she was busy she thought of ways to get information from Taylor.

By the time that Lani next came, Taylor was in a even worse of a mood. She was hungry having not eaten for like three or so days. Tired, from not sleeping well. Sore and just all together grumpy. She was also worried about what the twins were thinking and how they were.
