Kali and Addi: Take Two (hopefully we can handle it this time)

By the time Kali reached the place by the lake, it was raining enough to completely soak a person. She didn't seem to noticed though. She reached the place and settled under the rock that covered it.

Not much happened for the rest of the day, though some Hufflepuff kid lost ten points for his house in Charms. She walked to the great hall, some book in her bag digging into her the whole way.

Kali spent the rest of the day under the rock, not bothering to move, even as the rain got harder and shifted directions so that it was blowing right on her.

Addi got to the great hall and sat down at the Gryffindor table, piling a bunch of stuff onto her plate.

The sun went completely down, but Kali didn't move. She really didn't have any plans to. When things weren't going her way, she was one to sulk.

Addi wondered where on earth Kali was, she hadn't been to classes all day except for Transfig and then hadn't appeared at dinner. She supposed she was down in her spot by the lake, Addi wanted to go and find her but didn't.

It was quite dark before Kali even considered getting up to go back to the castle, but she couldn't navigate her way back in the dark. She couldn't even see her hand in front of her face it was so dark, the moon behind her. She had no idea where she'd tossed her bag either, with her wand in it. And she wasn't keen on searching, lest she come across some creature in the night.

Addi was worried for Kali, and she tried to go out and look for her, but she couldn't. She inwardly scowled. Giving up on her homework she went to bed, thinking that maybe things would be better in the morning.

Kali just sat in the same spot all night, cursing her stupidity for not leaving when the sun started to go down. As soon as there was enough light to see, she got up, stretching. Kali located her bag and headed to the castle, yawning as she'd barely gotten any sleep.

"Where were you?" Addi asked the girl when she saw her. Though her tone didn't come out worried and sympathetic like she had meant it to.

"Oh, you're going to act like you care now, are you?" Kali asked, irritable from lack of sleep.

"Well if you dont want me to inquire about how you are I won't then." Addi replied with a careless shrug and turned back to her breakfast.

"You just didn't seem to bothered about me yesterday, so I'm wondering why you would care today," Kali retorted.

Addi looked at her for a moment before glancing back at her food. "What makes you think I care now?"

Kali's mouth metaphorically dropped open, but not literally as that would have been unsightly. "You don't mean that, Adds," she said.

Addi shrugged at her, picking up her spoon.

"So, you don't care about me then," Kali muttered. "Okey, that's fine, I suppose."

Forthe next week or so Addi continued to act how she was, and slowly, she stopped getting frustated at the fact that she had no control over what she was doing. Max noticed her odd acting, finding it slightly odd but not that fussed. it was better that his sister was acting more like how she should be.

For the next week or so, Kali drew more back into herself. She already had enough issues dealing with her parents, she didn't want to start issues with Addi too. She would just wait it all out and hopefully things would be normal again soon.

The term passed quickly, and soon enough it was Christmas. Addi stopped hanging out with Kali altogether, spending some time around the Slytherins. She was going home for the holidays, which she was glad about, she missed being home. Upon getting home, she greeted her parents and her father told her that they were going someplace. Addi nodded, wondering where they were going.

Kali found herself spending more and more time out by the lake, even as the weather got colder. She would just bundle up extra warm then. Soon it was time for holidays. She elected to stay at the school rather than go home. If she did, her parents would likely just lecture her on how she would be an adult soon and would be expected to break ties with them once she was in March.

Addi's dad (who I need to go and find out his name again) side along apperated Addi to some place or other. She looked up at the place they were at, it was a nice enough house she thought as her father led her through the gate and towards the front door. They entered the house, Addi nervously wondering why on earth they were there. She followed her dad into another room, startling when she saw who was in the room. Her eyes widened and she looked at the person. (If you could call him a person)

Voldemort looked up from his thoughtful pose as Addi and her father entered the room. "So this is the daughter you mentioned?" he said, not bothering with introduction or anything of the sort, everyone knew everyone in the room.

Markus (Who is Addi's dad) nodded at Voldemort. Addi glanced at her dad and then at Voldemort for a moment and then glanced down at her shoes. Wondering why on earth she was there, standing in front of him.

Since Tsuki cannot write Voldemort at this time, this post is to be considerred a waffle over the conversation, so now we move to the end, where for some reason, Addi has agree to give it all a try.
