We'll Never Let You Die.

"You know, Cassie, I think your mum's worried. She just looked over here at you," Lyssa commented. "Plus, it seems like things are just about done over there." She was slightly surprised at how calmly and simply she was speaking about her funeral, but felt it was better than spazzing about.

"I don't want to go back over there," Cassie whispered softly.

"You should though. It'll look suspicious and odd if you stand over here talking to yourself once everyone's not paying attention to that guy yammering on about stuff." Then she spotted her family and grimaced slightly. "Wish Draco could see me, too."

"They all think I'm crazy anyway, I did shout out your name half way through," She sighed somewhat. "I guess I should go back.."

"Well, for all they know the shout could have been the grief-filled kind," Lyssa said. "It would be perfectly excusable. Do you want me to come with you?"

Cassie nodded. "Don't leave me," She whispered quietly as she walked back over to her family.

"I won't leave unless for whatever reason I am made to leave," Lyssa replied, not bothering to whisper since only Cassie could hear her.

Cassie got to her family and Lizzie hugged her. Cassie hugged her sister back and even though Lyssa was somewhat still there she started to cry.

Lyssa felt very much like she was intruding, so she wandered over to where her family was, almost immediately wishing she hadn't. Lucius, the bastard, was stoic as ever, but her mother and Draco weren't. Narcissa was holding onto her composure well, but Lyss could see it slipping as the whole idea of her being dead became more and more real. She wasn't even going to venture what Draco was like. And she wished even more that he could know she wasn't completely gone.

Shaking her head to herself, Lyssa headed back over to where Cassie was. As she walked, Lyssa felt her face fall into an expression of one who wanted to cry but was trying not to, which apparently as close to the actual action that she could get.

Cassie ended up with a headache. "Come on," Sam said putting her arm around her daughter. "We should get you home. Come on."

Lyssa paled for a moment, if that was even possible anymore, as she considered how she would get to Cassie's, since all she knew how to do right now was walk around and make it where she could touch/grab things for a short period of time.

Cassie looked at Lyssa, frowning, she could see the girl didn't know what to do either. "I wonder if it's possible to apperate?" She asked to the confusion of her family. "Not you on your own of course, but, going 'solid' for a moment and then I apperating you?" Lizzie was looking at Cassie as if she had grown another head.

Lyssa gave Cassie an odd look for a moment, questioning her speaking to Lyss while people were around, but let it go as she thought over the suggestion. "It might work," she agreed. "Might as well give it a shot."

Cassie nodded. Sam was looking worried at Cassie. Even more so when the girl declared she was apperating home. "I don't think that's safe darling." "Nothing's safe," Cassie replied. Sam sighed, and gave in, because she didn't want an arguement.

Lyssa sighed, wondering just how this would go. "Just let me know when you're ready, Cass," she muttered, looking over at her family, who were getting ready to leave.

"Now, I guess." Cassie was actually hoping she wouldn't splinch, as she hadn't taken her apparition test yet.

"Right. So, do you think I need to go fully solid, or just like my arm?" Lyssa asked, wondering if when she went solid people could see her.

"I would not have a clue,"

"Well, better to overdo than underdo, so I'll try to go completely solid. No guarantees."

Cassie nodded. Holding out her arm and getting ready to apperate.

Lyssa concentrated on being solid for a second, then grabbed a hold of Cassie's arm. As she did so, Lyssa looked over at Draco, wishing that he could see her for a second, just to know she wasn't totally gone.

The moment the solidness of Lyssa's hand grabbed hers Cassie apperated, holding tightly onto Lyssa. She appeared on the flower patch in her garden.

Lyssa stumbled as they landed, having gone intangible again the second they appeared in the garden. "Note to self: Work on making that last longer," she muttered, straightening up. Then louder she said, "Wonder what else I can do..."

"Dunno," Cassie replied brushing herself off. "Ow my head," She made her way inside, using the spare-key and got herself some panadol from the cardboard.

"Suppose I have time to find out, huh?" Lyssa said, following Cassie. "Think Sam and Liz are here yet?"
