Cassie & Lyssa (Year 7. Completed)

I grimaced at the state of the grounds. It was horrible.

Even the lake looked bad and it was huge and dark.

I helped out outside until it got dark and we had to stop, since it would be hard to see even with Lumos.

I walked inside and to the Great Hall where the teachers and some other adult were handing out dinner, seeing as the table were gone.

I walked into the great hall, the tables were missing, I wondered when they were going to come back.

I sighed and conjured a chair to sit down on.

I wasn't really hungry.

As I walked in I noticed Cassie.

I went over to her after getting some food. I was hungry.

"Have a nice sleep?" I asked.

I nodded and yawned again even though I wasnt tired.

"Hi." Someone said.

I turned into my chair and fell off it.

Harry was standing there.

"Didn't you die?"

Was I still dreaming?

"Harry?" I gasped. "How the hell?"

Then suddenly I didn't care how.

I jumped up from where I had sat and hugged him.

"Now Cassie can stop moping about it all!"

I blushed slightly. "That brings me death toll to one." I stood up and hugged Harry too.

"One?" He asked.

"Snape." I muttered glancing at me feet. "Apparently he was on our side..." I trailed off.

Harry nodded.

"What happened?"

"Well when I was dead, I talked to Dumbledore."

"You talked to Dumbledore? Isnt he dead?"

"I was dead too." I nodded. "And he said soemthing about apart of Voldemort being inside me, and when Voldemort attacted me that bit of me died and I could come back to life if I saw fit."

"I'm supposing you saw fit."

"Well obviously or he wouldn't be here," I muttered.

"We could have used your help a bit earlier you know. Did you have to take so long waking up back and coming alive again?"

Then I realized I was still hugging him. I let go and stepped back. "Sorry."

He smiled.

"It was a lengthy conversation with Dumbledore what did I miss while I was dead."

"Me punching Voldemort in the face." I said calmly and grinning.

"She was really rather stupid about it, because then she got kidnapped. And now I'm sick of that room in my house. Also, Harry, since you weren't around to do it I had to kill Voldemort and that was not a pleasant experience, due to the fact that while I was at my house, trying to keep myself and little miss violent alive, it was like he freaking wanted to burn my arm off once. And then he was trying to kill us for leaving, and gah!" I ranted, taking a deep breath when I stopped.

I let Lyss rant it out.

"But it was a fairly good punch."

Harry laughed. "No doubt." He smiled at Lyss. "Well I can't do everything but well done and thanks."

"You're welcome Harry," I said in a fake sweet voice.

Then I pulled back my fist and, in a way so unlike that of a Malfoy, punched him in the face.

"That's for ensuring I will have nightmares for the rest of my life about this whole ordeal and because I just really needed to hit something. That felt really good."

Then I walked out.

I snickered. "Thats exactly why I punched Voldemort."

Harry looked puzzled.

"Don't worry Harry she'll get over it just how soon. I dont know." I sighed.

I walked up the marble staircase until I came to a relatively undamaged space and then I sat down. I was angry. That much I could tel. I just couldn't tell at what or who I was angrier.

Giving a frustrated sigh, I rested my chin on my hands.

Harry rubbed the place where Lyssa had hit him.

"Are we the first people you come up to?" I asked him.

He nodded.

"Lets go show everyone else then." I muttered.

I sat on the stairs for a while nearly jumping out of my skin when I felt a hand on my shoulder.

I looked up at Draco. "Where the hell do you keep going to and coming from? You like a....a...I don't but it's annoying."

Harry smiled.

"Professor McGonagall." I shouted.

She litrally ran to where I was. "What?"

"Just someone I thought you shoudl meet."

She turned and saw Harry. "What? Didnt he- what?!"

I smiled.

"Are you okay?" Draco asked me.

I shrugged at him. "As best that can be expected."

Then I stood up, sighing. I gave him a hug. "I'm glad I still have you for family."

"You always will."

I nodded. "C'mon. I'm going back to the hall and you're coming this time."

Then I pulled him along.

I laughed at her spazzing she looked and sounded as if she was about to have a heart attact.

"Weren;t you dead?"

"Dumbledore said he could come back to life." I grinned.

Harry smiled and quickly explained what had happened.

I walked back in and scowled.

Cassie was still with stupid Harry. Scowling, I decided I was still angry with him.

"Stupid bloody Potter.." I muttered earning a strange look from Draco.

I nodded my head in the direction he was in.

I started trying to calm McGonagall down which didnt work when I spotted Lyssa and Draco, Draco was flipping, I started laughing again and had to sit down. It was good to laugh we needed a laugh after all we had been through. Laughter helped.

"Whats so funny?" George asked appearing. He still looked sad.

"Harry." I said trying to calm myself down.

"Harry?" He saw Harry and like went into shock.

"How the hell is he not dead?" Draco sputtered.

"Something about Dumbledore talking to him even though he's been dead a year, etc." I replied.

Draco gave me another look.

"Why don't you go ask him yourself?" I suggested. "I'm going over there anyways. I want to yell at him a bit."

I was grinning we started attracting a crowd and everytime someone knew came it set my off laughing again. Everyone was baffled, it was the funniest thing I had seen all year.

"Ginny!" George shouted.

"What?" Ginny shouted back.

"Come over here."

"Why?"

"Youll see."

I walked over to them all, forcibly dragging Draco with me.

When we got there, the first thing I noticed was Cassie laughing.

Smiling myself, I rolled my eyes at her.

"Having fun?" I asked her.

"Yes." I giggled.

George finally got Ginny over and she froze when she saw Harry and then ran over and hugged him.

I smiled.

"Nice to know everyone's so happy to see him," I muttered to myself scowling. "He didn't even do anything."

Crossing my arms over my chest, I made a pout face.
