Cassie & Lyssa (Year 7. Completed)

"Nor will I, because you see, we," I motioned to all the Gryffindors in the room, "don't enjoy Dark Magic, nor will we stand it. But this lot seems to be a bunch of cowards who don't know how to stand up for themselves and fight like myself and Cassie, so I'm supposing we have to do it for them, and you're not going to stop us, no matter what you do to us. We'll always just chuck it right back into face later."

I grinned in spite of myself.

"Do youwant me to call the Headmaster?"Carrow Snapped.

I shruged. "Yea cause we're so much more scared of Snape then we are of you yea." I muttered sarcasricly.

"Go right on ahead and do it. You see what good he did before," I said grinning.

"If anything," I continued, "what he did only encouraged us more and it has increased our efforts to make your lives miserable from this day forth. And there's really no way to stop us."

"Exactly." I added grinning at Neville who looked as if we had seriously lost our minds.

The Carrow glared. "If anyone moves a inch while im gone." He threated.

I took a step sideways and smirked."Too late."

The Carrow walked out of the classroom off to get Snape.

"What are you thinking?" The class urupted right after the Carrow left you room.

"Do you want to get killed?"

"No." I said. "We want to know Snape he's not boss."

"C'mon guys," I said with a grin, "don't ruin our fun. You're going to make me feel bad."

I frowned at them, making sad puppy eyes.

"And besides," I continued, "been brave is what being a Gryffindor is all about and you lot are acting like a bunch of Hufflepuffs. No offense to them of course. You're actual too cowardly for that…"

"No," someone protested. "We don't have a death wish."

"It's not a death wish! It's standing up for what we believe in. If that gets us hurt or killed then so be it! It would be worth it!"

I nodded in agreement. "Whatever happened to Dumbledores Army?" I asked them. "Snape it no different then Umbridge really, Seriously guys we all know Snape doesn't deserve to be Headmaster of this school."

"Do we now?" A voice asked.

I spun around and saw Snape and the Death Eater.

"We do." I said boldly. "This school will never be yours."

"Hell no it won't," I agreed. "Not as long as people are willing to stand up to you."

I stared at them with a hardened gaze that one could only call Malfoy-like. Not to mention the fact that I was smirking.

"So, what are you gonna do about it?" I challenged.

"We are going to show you what happens to people who disobey orders." Snape said lazily.

I glanced at Lyss. This could not be good.

"Leave them alone." Neville shouted.

I looked at Neville shocked. He had always been so quiet and timid to me.

"So you've decided to follow their example Longbottom?" Snape said.

"Yeah I have."

My admiration grew suddenly for Neville. I had never liked him much he had always seemed like such a coward to me.

"Very well." Snape said. "Then you shall get punished too."

I glared at Snape. "I don't see why Dumbledore trusted you." I growled at him. "If he had known the minute he was dead you would go around harming his students-"

"Silence." Snape shouted.

"Cassie...too far...we don't want to die..." I whispered to her, even though in the silent room everyone could here me.

"You're insolence will get you nowhere," Snape hissed. "You're speaking of things you know nothing about."

"Yeah well he was bloody mad to have ever trusted you after what you allowed to be done last night!" I shouted before I thought about what I was saying.

I sighed. Hypocrit but grinned never the less.

Snape glowered at us and I had the sudden urge to wave cherrily at him but held it back. That was most likley not a smart thing to do.

"You don't care about anyone other then yourself do you?" I snarled then wished I hadn't said it. I had gone way over the line.

Before I could think there was a stinging feeling on my face. I raised my hand to it and with drew it my fingers coated in blood.He had obviouly used Diffindo.

"You bastard!" I shouted. "What the hell is your problem! You don't hurt students! It's wrong!"

I full on Malfoy-glared at him.

Then I winced as I'm sure he did the same to me as he had Cass. It was confirmed when a drop of blood dropped to the floor.

Payback time. I snarled in my head.

"Well harming your students isn't right." I said glaring at Snape. "But I suppose Normal rules don't apply to normal people." I hissed.

I smiled grimly as Snape winced.

"ENOUGH!" Snape yelled.

Most of the people in the class jumped when he did.

"You two are to meet me in my office after classes today. Since you didn't learn your leson from last night I supposed we'll just have to repeat it," he snarled at us.

My eyes went wide. We definitely took it too far...

I scowled. Evil cowardly git, I felt like yelling that but I think I was in it deep. I also felt like saying that it wasn’t his office either. Snape glared at us and spun on his heel and walked out of the room his robe billowing out behind him. The Carrow’s eyes gleamed evily as if Christmas had come half a year early.

Inwardly I was freaking out. I didn't want to go through all that again. It wa horrid enough the first time. Scowling I sat back in my seat, wondering if I had stood while I was yelling. I didn't remember getting up at all. For the first time in my life I wished classes took a long time.

The bell rang and I cursed and sighed gathering up my books. I glanced warily at Lyss who was doing up her shoe lace, so it took us longer to get there. “Come on Lyss.” I sighed once I had put everything in my bag. We walked out of class and to my annoyance bumped into Mcgonagle. “Morning Girls. What happened?" She said once she noticed that we had a cut and blood on our face.

"Nothing happened professor," I said, turning my face away. "Don't worry about it."

Then I frowned, thinking about how Draco would react. That wasn't going to be pretty.

Mcgongaggle eyed us as if she didn't believe us but let us go.

We walked to the Gargoyle to the Headmasters office.

"We don't know the password..." I muttered to Lyss.

"That is very true," I commented. "Do you think we should just leave?"

I turned to leave but bumped into someone.

I squeaked as I stumbled back a bit.

"Going somewhere?"

"No professor." I said boldly to show him I wasn't scared.

"Good." Snape said giving the password to the Gaygole and walking up the stairs.

Me and Lyss followed in his wake.

Once we entered the office my eyes flew stright to Dumbledore's portrait who again looked worried,

I set my face into a stoney look as we walked in the office.

I looked right to Dumbledore's portrait, noticing Cass do the same, and offered him a sad, small smile.

Then I looked at Snape. "Do your worst."

Dumbledore sighed. I glanced at the other portraits around the room, none of them were fienging sleep like usual.

I heard Lyss say something and before either of us could do anything to stop Snape he flicked his wand and nonverballed crucio making Lyss shudder. I glared at Snape.

"You evil basted!" I shouted at him walking over to Lyss and attemping to help her up. Which wasn't much use as the curse was still apon her.

I clenched my teeth together as Snape did just as I dared him to. My eyes narrowed into a glare as well.

I wasn't going to give the satisfaction to know it hurt me.

Then my eyes wondered over to Dumbledore. I tried to tell him with my eyes not to worry about us, since I couldn't say it, and since he looked pained and worried.

I gave up on trying to keep Lyssa steady and instead rounded on Snape.

"How could you?" I shouted at him. "You sick evil basted."

I knew that if I shouted at him he would turn the spell off Lyssa and onto me.

I hissed as the pain hit me. Curse whoever invented this spell.

I sat up shakily, forcing myself to my feet.

I laughed at Snape mirthlessly. "That was your worst? A Squib could do better."

I looked over at Cassie, feeling sad.
