New RP 1 (Expelled) (yes, fail title, but it makes it obvious)

"Mr. Malfoy," McGonagall said again her tone deadly. "Turn your wand away from my students." Lucius looking throughoutly displeased flicked his wand stopping the curse he was firing at Cassie. "I'd advise you to leave." Another wand flick released Lyssa's legs. "Come on Melyssa," he said coldly not even glancing at the Gryffindor girl who had fainted into a pile of mangled limbs. McGonagall frowned looking at her, she wasn't permitted to go to the Hospital wing either.

"I told you," Lyssa said, "I'm not going anywhere." Her knees had started shaking once they'd been unfrozen from the spot they were in, probably from the angry adrenaline that was coursing through her veins.

"Mr. Malfoy," McGonagall said in a warning tone when he opened his mouth to say something. "I'm asking you to leave." "And I don't need to listen to you." He replied coldly. "You are not in charge."

"She should be," Lyssa commented, looking at Lucius. "Now leave. I'm not going with you. You can't make me." Then she walked over to where Cassie was and kneeled down next to her, frowning. This was all her fault, Lyssa concluded. She'd ended up hurting Cassie again, even if it wasn't Lyssa personally and even if it was unintentional.

"Melyssa," He said in a warning tone. "I can force you to come if push comes to shove." McGonagall inwadly sighed therewas smething about Cassieand Lyssa thought seemed to bring them unwanted them unwanted trouble.

Lyssa shook her head. "No, you can't," she said. "You can't force anyone to do anything if they don't want to do it." She looked at him from where she had settled down on the floor, shaking her head slowly back and forth.

Cj:

Lucius looked at her and without saying a word he flicked his wand once more and then strolled down the hallway. Lyssa unwillingly walking behind and trying to stop herself from doing so. McGonagall watched in dispair as she had no idea what the counter was. But before the two were out of the hall she flicked her wand which caused Lyssa to stop walking. She couldn't undo the spell forcing her to walk but she could make her legs unable to move. Though for Lyssa the feeling of being forcedto walk while forced to not woudln't be pleasent.

Lyssa scowled as she struggled against the spell that was making her walk. And then suddenly she stopped. Lyssa frowned as her legs tried to keep walking on. It wasn't exactly pleasant, since they were held in place, fighting against the spell holding them. It almost hurt to be honest about it. At the least, it felt incredibly weird.

Cj:

Lucius turned around his eyes cold. He glanced at Lyssa who looked as if she was in slight pain. He quickly assesed what had happened. "Take it off." He told McGonagall. "No, she doesn't want to go. You should respect her wishes." "You have no say in what I do with my children."

"I'm not a bloody child!" Lyssa cried, trying to ignore the feeling in her legs, which was definitely weird. "I'm not going with you, Lucius! Now stop trying to make me!" Lyssa pulled out her wand, since she still had freewill in her arms, pointing it at Lucius. "Take off your spell, now."

Cj:

Lucius laughed, but it wasn't a pleasent laugh. He looked at the wand in her hand obviously thinking that it wasn't much of a threat. "You have no say in this Melyssa, it's up to me and Severus who after I talk to him may no longer wish you to stay at Hogwarts. That's your choice. Go the Manor wiillingly now and you can come back once your memory is fully back or don't come back to Hogwarts at all." He then turned to McGonagall. "I may need to speak to Severus about this, you have no right to stop parents from taking their children home."

Lyssa sighed in annoyance. "You sorely underestimate just what I can do with my wand, don't you?" she said. Then with an odd little smirk on her face, Lyssa flicked it, catching Lucius off guard and sending him flying into a wall. As he hit it, Lyssa felt the spell making her move disappear, as Lucius was no longer focused on it. Actually...hitting the wall had sort of knocked Lucius out. While she had the chance, Lyssa pointed her wand at him again and said, "Obliviate."

Cj:

McGonagall just kind just stood there and watched. Though she smiled slightly. "I suppose we can leave him there and puzzle about it when he wakes up." She said glancing at him once more then back over to Cassie. "We should get Miss Evans someplace else aswell. So she can heal."

Lyssa just sort of stared at Lucius for a moment. "I've wanted to blast him into a wall for a while," she commented, then turning oddly to look at McGonagall. "I agree about Cassie, but first, could you please unfreeze my legs? They're still sort of stuck..."

"Sorry," McGonagall said flicking her wand and releasing the Malfoy girl's legs. "What did Miss Evans do this time?" McGonagall asked as the two of them walked over to where the Gryffindor girl lay.

Lyssa frowned. "She didn't do anything, but what a best friend is meant to do," she answered, looking at Cassie. "She just defended me from Lucius, telling him I didn't want to leave and then well...she did sort of punch him....That's what set him off..."

"She? Oh dear Merlin." McGonagall said with an exasperated sigh. "She really does need to learn to think of consequences to her actions."

Lyssa looked at McGonagall. "Professor, she's a Gryffindor. Gryffindors never think about the consequences of their actions." Then she looked at the other girl. "What are we going to do about Cass? Cause I don't know what the effect of that spell might be."

"Do you know what spell it was? Cause I dont want to risk doing something not knowing the spell it if turns out harmfull."

Lyssa shook her head. "Sorry, but I don't," she replied. "Nor do I honestly think I want to that much. It doesn't seem like it'd be pleasant to know if the person was angry. Like Lucius was..."

McGonall frowned and flicked her wand causing Cassie's limp body to levitate off of the ground. She walked through he school taking the girl to the hospital wng.

Lyssa followed McGonagall, biting her bottom lip in worry. What if that spell had done some sort of permanent damage? It would be all Lyssa's fault.

They got up to the hospital wing and McGonagall lowered Cassie onto one of the beds in time for the matron to come out. "What on earth happened here?" She asked coming over to asses Cassie. "Some spell that Mr. Malfoy attacked her with." McGonagall said with a frown. "Do you know what it is?" She shook her head.

"Then there's not much I can do until she wakes up and I learn just what happened." Lyssa frowned at this. "That's it? She was in pain. She might still be and all you can do is wait until she wakes up? That's ridiculous."

"If I do anything without finding out what it was first I may end up making it worse or irreversable." The Matron told her calmly. McGonagall frowned but nodded at this. "I have other things I need to atend to." She looked at the matron. "I trust you to keepme informed of Miss. Evans health."
