New RP 1 (Expelled) (yes, fail title, but it makes it obvious)

Lyssa smiled a little bit at Cassie. "She's right you know. I hate that name." Then she shrugged slightly.

"This does not involve you Evans," Lucius told her icily. "Well actaully it does, as you see, Lyssa's my best freind and I blame our current dispute on you. So," She looked a him with a glint in her eye. "I'm not going to let you do it again,"

Lucius frowned at Cassie, eyes narrowed. "You have no say in what I do with my family," he said. Then he turned to Lyssa. "Now, you do as I say, or you can say goodbye to this school forever." Lyssa just shook her head. "I'm not leaving. You can't make me."

"You have no say in what I have no say in." Cassie said, she then frowned, wondered if it made sense. Decided it did then looked at him. "And as silly as the concept might sound, I suggest you leave before you get hurt."

"I do have say in the fact that you have no jurisdiction over what I do about members of my family," Lucius replied. He didn't venture on the fact that Cassie had likely just threatened to hurt him. Lyssa sighed. "Look, Lucius," she said. "You have no say over me as it is anyway. I'm an adult."

"But you are still my daughter," Lucius said. "Oh. Shut. Up." Cassie said and she took a step forward. In a serious tone she said. "I may not be flash with a wand but with a fist I can be quite deadly." And without caring what the consequences would be she drew back her hand and punched him in the jaw.

Lucius stumbled back a step, looking momentarily surprised that the girl had hit him, left alone in his precious face. "Why you impertinent girl!" he hissed, and Tsuki is leaving the rest of what he does to you.

Lucius flicked his wand twice (you know we use that phraze a lot) once freezing Lyssa to the spot she was standing in. The second flick sent Cassie backward into the wall. Her head slammed against it painfully and the Gryffindor girl's eyes watered. Lucius flicked his wand for a third time and Cassie gasped as pain erupted all over her body.

Lyssa eyes went wide and she tried to run over to Cassie, only to have that fail. She looked at Lucius, eyes blazing with fury. "What are you doing to her you effing bastard!" she yelled, hoping that she'd get someone's attention from the surrounding rooms and floors.

Cassie's body hurt all over, she ached and burned and stung. And the problem was, it wasn't mental so she couldn't throw it off. It was physical just not visable. She groaned and whimpered under her breath.

Lucius paid Lyssa's yelling no mind as he continued his spell. She glared at him, feeling hopelessly helpless. "Stop it!" she yelled.

"If you do as I say and come back to the manor until your memory has returned." Cassie scowled inwardly at Lucius as she winced. Sure she should have seen this kind of thing coming but she was a Gryffindor, did she ever think before she acted. No. If she did she wouldn't be a Gryffindor and she wouldn't be her.

For a moment Lyssa looked like she wanted to argue back at him, but one look at Cassie changed her mind. Then with a frown she looked down at the ground. "My memory is just fine thank you very much." She was lying, and hoped Lucius didn't notice. And besides, she did remember some things now.

Cassie shut her eyes for a moment and then used to wall to push herself to her feet. Her body was still burning but she felt the need to be off of the floor. She ignored her legs as they felt as if they wanted to colaspe from under her. Lucius turned to look at his daughter. "No you don't," He told her. "Because your air is still confused about everything."

Lyssa frowned at him. "Prove it," she challenged, wishing this would hurry up so the spell would be taken off of Cassie.

"Why were you expelled in the first place?" Lucius asked her swiftly, and then proceded to think of a list of other questions.

Lyssa rolled her eyes. "For causing disruptions and the like. Honestly that has to be the easiest question in the book."

"And then what happened once you were back at the Manor?"

Here, Lyssa faltered a little bit. She only had bits and pieces of her memory back, and the ones of the time at the Manor were small pieces. "Er..." she muttered looking down (could she look down, as she still frozen to her spot?). She bit her lip, and then looked over at Cassie, pulling up the bits she could remember. "I know I spent a lot of time in my room, and that I couldn't talk for a while?"

"You're pulling at air there Melyssa," Lucius said and he offhandedly glancedat Cassie's whose legs had given way. "i do suggest you make up your mind quickly, I don't think you're freind here can last much longer."

Tears pricked up in Lyssa's eyes. "S'il vous plaît," she whispered. not realizing she'd switched over languages. "I'm trying my best. My memories are coming back, they're just not all the way here yet. Je le promets."

"Coming back isn't good enough-" But Cassie got the strength to cut it then. "Would you two mind to continue this arguement someplace else?" Lucius glanced at her almost as if he'd forgotten she was there. "I thought you wanted to be involved in my family matters Evans," He told her.

Lyssa glared at Lucius through the tears that had gathered in her eyes. "Bon sang, Lucius! Elle a raison. Laissez-la tranquille! Je suis celui que vous avez affaire, alors pourquoi ne Cassie avoir à souffrir aussi! Arrêter sa fais mal!" she yelled, completely unaware that she'd totally switched over languages.

Cassie only caught two words out of that. Her name and Lucius' but she was pretty sure she got the gist of what she was shouting. Cassie's sight blurrered and she just wanted the pain to disapear, it was encruciating. Her ears were ringing and she could no longer hear what was going on.

"Mr Malfoy," McGonagall snapped after starting wide eyed for half a moment at the scene. "Take your wand off of my students."

Lyssa had stopped yelling, taking deep breathes as she stood there, tears threatening to run down her face. She didn't know a time when she was more happy to hear McGonagall's voice than right now.
