Cassie and Lyssa Year Six.

Lyssa, who was still child-pouting, sat down as well. "Bast-" was all she got out before Snape said, "10 more points, and you just got yourself a third detention, Miss Malfoy."

Cassie rolld her eyes at Snape a twinkle still in her eye. The class passed without furthur incident and soon both girls were making their way to Charms which was their next class.

The rest of DADA had Lyssa in a bad mood. She didn't have time for three detentions! She didn't care about the points, it was just other bit that she minded.

"Ugh Snape," Cassie muttered with a groan.

"I second that," Lyssa muttered. "Stupid bastard..."

Cassie frowned and nodded. Charms was alright but at lunchtime Cassie and Lyssa got hounded by annoyed Gryffindor people. "Just shut it," Cassie said biting into her pie. "Or you'll get a pie to the face and I'm not joking." She waved the pie menacingly.

"You lost 90 points!" someone cried. "Which is a far cry less than the 150 Harry, Hermione, and Neville lost back in first year. And probably less than the Weasley twins lost as well," Lyssa snapped. "So back the hell off. I'm not in the mood for imbeciles."

Someone next to Cassie opened their mouth tosay something and as Cassie promised she dumped her half eaten pie on their head letting the meat drip into their hair. "I warned you," Cassie said looking at the seventh year girl who looked as if she wanted to kill Cassie. "And you should know, I am not one to go abck on my promises." And she turned away from the girl and grabbed another pie.

Lyssa laughed, and slowly people started to leave the two alone, not wanting that to happen to them next.

"Thanks," Cassie said t the people in a sweet voice. She munched on her pie and out of the corner of her eye saw the girl she had pied storm out of the hall.

Lyssa rolled her eyes at her housemates. They were so annoying sometimes.

"Miss Evans," McGonagall said when the grls got to Transfiguration later that day. "Would you have any idea why Alisha Percile came to class with remains of pie in her hair?" Cassie looked up with pretend confusion. "No Professor," She said inwardly thinking that the girl she had pied deserved to be pied if she tattled to the teachers. "Just make sure no-one comes to my classes again with pie in their hair." "Sure thing Professor."

Lyssa smiled and laughed a little bit. "She lets us get away with so much..." she commented lightly to Cassie as the other girl sat next to her.

"Yeah McGongall is awesome." Cassie said with a nodd and a smile. Sometime later that day the two girls found themselves waiting outside Snape's office for him to let them in.

Lyssa leaned on the wall outside the office, scowling. The door opened to reveal Snape.

The two girls entered the room with scowls.

"So, professor," Lyssa said, "what are we doing?"

"You will be writing lines," He gestured to the two desks and seats and the girls sat down. "I will not talk back to the teacher and I will sit down when told to. Three hundred times." "That's sixteen words," Cassie said annoyed. "Three hundred and ten for you Miss Evans and I suggest you be quiet and start unles you want more."

Lyssa had opened her mouth to say something, but stopped when Snape added to Cassie's lines. She didn't want to do more. Instead, she sat as the desk she was meant to and started to write. She really hated her handwriting, and writing for long extended periods of time made her hand cram. She scowled at her page.

Cassie sighed and started to write, in a fast scrawl that was barely legible. She was actually pretty fast at writing lines, as she was a quick writer and had gotten lines a lot in primary school and then in fifth year at Hogwarts. Nearing the end she slowed down and kept pace with Lyssa so both girls finished at the same time. Cassie hald threw her page at Snape.

The two finished and gave their pages to Snape, before leaving, Lyssa muttering under her breath that her hand was cramming. "What do you suppose we'll have to do tomorrow? Since he wouldn't do the same thing twice..."

"I have no idea and I don't want to know." cassie muttered.

The two went up to their common room, where Lyssa went to get her homework. It was still rather piled up and so she wanted to shrink it down some more, even though it was around ten at night.

Cassie finished over her homework and looked at Lyss. "Need any help?" She askedher.

Lyssa looked up from the Charms essay she'd been writing, a small smudge of ink on her face from when she'd rubbed it. "No," she said, "I'm fine. It's all easy. I just have a lot of it do." Then she yawned, still not getting adequate sleeping each night.
